Pros: Nice location near the grottes, nice outdoor dining area, quick and polite service. The cheeseburger was great. Cons: The perche was awful, to the point that we were fairly certain the fish had spoiled before being cooked and served. The waiter told us we must just not know what perche tastes like (we've lived in Suisse for 8 years and have it pretty often). Probably the best address in Vallorbe at the moment. Excellent food and perfectly prepared with a corresponding price tag, but well worth it. Changing the lighting in the restaurant would add a little to the ambience, but no real reason to complain. Very friendly, fast and competant service. Un service déplorable dű à une mauvaise organisation et des erreuts dans les commandes.... nous avions réservé pour 18 personnes.... une catastrophe !! Au bout d'une heure trente certaines personnes n'avaient toujours pas le plat principal, un poil trouvé dans une assiette, du saumon remplacé par du cabillaud et planqué sous le riz pour ne pas que l'on s'en aperçoive, une patronne peu agréable qui ne se remet pas en question, des plats et des desserts emportés car service beaucoup trop long ... sans oublier la note salée ainsi que celle des boissons pour quelques bouteilles d'eau (80 francs alors que nous n'avons bu que de l'eau pétillante et gazeuse) !!
