I totally recommend the "Friture d'éperlans" as a tapas/starter which is a very good portion to share for 2 accompanied by a nice glas of Primitivo di Manduria. As a main we chose the "selle de chevreuil désossée" (only during automn). The meat was very delicious and perfectly cooked and the sides were perfectly adding all the optional sides. The negative point was that the plate was cold and the sides on the plate like warm when served so every thing was cold in a very short time. The sauce as announced on the menu "jus de chevreuil" is very far from the real traditional sauce "chasse" called "Gran veneur" which you really should look for when choosing game dishes.
