Although the starter (parmigiana alla melanzane) was absolutely fine, the rest was miserable. We had to wait 1 hour after the starter to get the pizzas. Restaurant was almost empty and the others guests had pasta, so pizza oven was not overused. They also brought one wrong pizza so one of us had to wait an extra 10 minutes. Then, one of the pizza dough was not cooked enough, the pizza with goat cheese was filled with 1 pot of honey and really not good looking. The best italiano restaurant in town. Managed by owner family who makes pizzas and pastas with the the heart. I strongly recommend the “Entrecôte alla pietra” that’s an incredible piece of prime Swiss beef served almost raw over a hot stone where you may cut it and finish cooking at your own desired point using a local herb butter which gives the meat an incredible taste.
