Interessante Gerichte. Bevor ich anfing, wurde mir ein Gruss aus der Küche offeriert. "Tunfischwürffeli", danke dafür. Ich hatte ein Markbein mit Toast als Vorspeise. Es war geschmacklich echt mega gut. Die Art und Weise wie das Gericht gemacht wurde, ist fantastisch. Sehr empfehlenswert. Als Hauptspeise hat ich das Rindstartar. War mal eine neue Interpretation. Sehr würzig und man schmeckte das Eigelb gut raus. Es hatte eine leicht sämige Konsistenz. Schmeckte aber gut. Alles war sehr schön angerichtet. Vielen Dank, komme gerne wieder. Ужинали в этом ресторане, все понравилось. Уютно и спокойно, людей не много, и нет суеты, нет детей (возможно, для некоторых это важный фактор, зависит от типа вашего отдыха). Еда вкусная, цены немного выше, чем в обычных ресторанах, но этого и следовало ожидать, так как находится заведение в бизнес- отеле FORUM.
