Ristorante Al Bosco — Restaurant in Zermatt

The food was good. The service was really bad. The waitresses were so rude to us. 1 of them, in particular, kept talking so loud at us. She seemed like she so annoyed to have to work and hate customers. The worst part was that she tried to scam us on the bill. She adds to other stupid things, like sauce for extra charges. When we confronted her about it then she acted very angry and shouted at us, saying her manager made her do it. We said we wanted to speak to the manager then. Then she said she would go call the manager, but she went to the cashier and changed a new bill out instead. She took out the extra charges and said she was helping us out by taking them out. We told her that it's not right then she turned so angry and shouted, saying she was only scapegoat following her manager's order, whom no where to b found. We came to this restaurant 2 times already. 1st time we spent over CHF 800, 2nd time was CHF 500+. They were rude to us also the 1st time, but we had no other place to go around here, so we need to go back 2nd time. This was not about money, but it's just how they tried to scam and cheat us. Excellent food and very friendly staff. I have been coming here for many years, and it has always been a wonderful experience. The view is amazing.
