Susch is a small village (pop. 2000) at the base of the Fluela Pass. Since the opening of the Vereina Tunnel traffic on the pass is low so restaurant options are limited. This restaurant is operated by Clinica Holistica, a "recovery health clinic". The restaurant shares the same kitchen as the clinic so options tend to healthy but institutional. A previous review suggested a corporate food program and of course this is true. So hausgemacht is not happening here.
