After the reservation drama (see below - not sure if they have changed anything): However, the food itselve was super delicious! And from a food-point-of-view I can absolutely recommend to go and eat there. :-) That’s why I updated my review. Excludinn the reservation process they deserve five stars.

One star for the reservation process/communication: Made a reservation at the beginning of February 2023… and still no confirmation for Mid-March 2023. Tried to call several times (also on different days) the mention “076” number but no one answers the phone. Could you please update your information, respond to phone calls and emails, and deliver a reservation...

This has possibly been my best restaurant experience in Switzerland. I'll start by thanking to the entire staff for being super friendly, family and kids friendly. They were also professional, giving you nice time/spacing among food selection , eating and desserts. Now to the meals, as the first timer you must go for the staple, THE schnitzel. However, you can't make a mistake ordering anything on the menu. As a dessert, get Kaiserschmarn. It was definitely the best I've ever had including my mom's. We went to the pop-up restaurant in Sihlcity Zurich. The ambience of the restaurant was very inviting from the start. We were welcomed by a friendly gentleman (authentic with Austrian accent). The menu is not huge, but has something for everyone. The food came quickly and in large portions. It was very good. However, the restaurant is rather cramped seating.
