Seebadi Zollikon — Restaurant in Zollikon

This place is a new low for Zurich gastronomy. We ordered the pulpo and the pike. The pike came highly recommended by the chef. During his glowing recommendation, he didn’t even hint at what was coming. A few minutes later the waiter came and placed two cans on the table. They served us CANNED OCTOPUS and CANNED SARDINES. We were expected to open the cans ourselves and eat out of the can. I wouldn’t even do this to my cat. This is one of the most garbage experiences I’ve ever had in a restaurant ever. Went last Sunday for a day by the lake. It was a great visit, we arrived early at 10 and it was pretty quiet. The staff was friendly and offered the coffee despite the issues with our cards. Then we also got some lunch we tried the fried fish with salad plate, it was great and good portion. There is no real beach there but there is direct access to the lake, some grass to sit around and the nice cafe area which feels like being on a boat. Would come back if around...

It was my first time at Seebadi Zollikon on a chill friday evening. Waited 1 Hour for my food. The Blonde Perm guy in the kitchen looked like he was stuck on percocet 30. The man serving people looked like a failed soundcloud rapper trying to support his career. The woman serving people had to be reminded thrice for my preiselbeer sauce.
