Edit 17. 8. 2023: From 5* to 2* - looks like something has changed. I hope the restaurant has not changed ownership but the staff was new (we were always served by the amazing hospitable ladies, now two men who were definitely not up to the task), the food is more expensive, portions smaller and the quality took a deep dive. New menu. Pizza is soggy and definitely smaller than before, tiramisu was accidentally semifreddo (frozen bottom) and frankly tasted like something out of coop. House wine flat without any taste, this was also much better before. It's actually super disappointing as we invited our friends to show them our favorite trusted pizza place and the result was so below average. And the service ASKED for tip? Shocking. Just compare the pizza size in photos... You'll understand the difference. Original review: Best pizza we had in CH so far. Very soft crust with a nice chew to it. Deserts were also good but pizza was the highlight. Nice and attentive service. The place is smallish inside but didn't feel crowded even through a busy evening. We will definitely put this place on our regular go to list.

Ordered 2 pizzas. One pizza parmigiana, it arrived in the condition shown on the picture. The whole sauce and ingredients were out and already started to mix with the card box. I would guess that the pizza must probably have been good but for 26.- + delivery fee, this is just not acceptable. And yes, they deliver with an outsourced delivery company (Uber eats) but at the end, it’s their job to make sure that the food arrives in good conditions. The other had rucola and unfortunately they’ve put the rucola right away on it instead of delivering it on the side. The rucola was soaked into the pizza because of the heat and the time it stayed on it. The result was that the only taste we had was bitterness. Really a pity. Honestly, their food is probably worth more that my one star but after all the good reviews I read, my expectations were high and it was very disappointing.

Con Gusto is an outstanding restaurant that offers a bistrot type of Italian food (mostly pizza and pasta). I have sampled pizza so far (repeatedly Bufalina and a daily special with artichokes and prosciutto) - heavenly dishes. The wine list is rather short but excellent (very pleased to have seen 'Arneis' on it) and individual glasses are very reasonably priced. Desserts are home made / absolutely fresh. The discerning members of my wine club have decided to convene here in the future. They know why.

Very good Naples style pizza, excellent cuoppo. Haven’t tried the desserts but looked delicious. Friendly personnel and cozy environment. Highly recommend

Edit after owner’s reply, with a constructive criticism attitude:

these are the main aspects which, in my view, set the distance from a 5* review:

Pizza: the Bufalina was for my taste too thin in the middle, so that the buffalo milk made it too chewy. I would also have used more tomato sauce.

Location: cool but rather small. I prefer to eat sitting comfortably, having more room and not being in the waiters way from and to the kitchen

Restroom: separate ones could be useful to avoid waiting (and maybe ladies would appreciate those too)

Service: it was excellent, but yet one of our four pizzas was not of the right type, so one of us had to wait while others started to eat

A final note: I do realize all of the above are somehow a matter personal taste and none of them was really anything negative worth mentioning in my initial review. However, I only reserve 5* reviews to places which strike me for almost perfection. If I could give a 4.8 review I would gladly do so, but I don’t feel like considering my experience an all star one. I’m sure I will be back since I really had a great time and should my experience improve, rest assured this review will change to...

After a day of taxing travel, I walked into Con Gusto both famished and excited for what I thought would be a comfort. Immediately I was met with obnoxiously loud remixes of pop songs from 2009 and fluorescent lighting. “Ok” I thought, assuming this unsophisticated, even juvenile atmosphere was a harbinger for a more casual dining experience. I was unpleasantly greeted with an expensive menu, feeling bait and switched. I ordered the 5 formaggi, (overpriced, of course) hoping, praying, pleading to myself that surely a cheese pizza can’t go wrong. Well, I was overcome with dismay when I eagerly cut into my pizza and sadly watched a large sheet of what was supposedly expensive cheese sadly kamakazi off the dough and on to the platter. There was no binding agent, which caused excruciating difficulty in eating what should be the most straightforward food. Now to the taste. The best way I can describe it was …meh. I like my pizza doughy and soft, but this felt like it was almost gummy. After I stomached what I could, I was smothered by the server insisting I look at the dessert menu despite my vocalized resistance. I just wanted it to be over. As I walked out with my grease stained pizza to go box in hand, I was met with an immediate sense of relief by leaving the establishment. I wanted to like this place, love it...
