In the past we always enjoyed this restaurant but this time wasn’t good at all. The service was mediocre, we had to wait 10 minutes before anyone noticed us to get seated, the waiter literally threw wine in the glasses spilling a lot on the table (luckily not on us) just wiping it away a bit. Then the wrong dish was brought which got replaced by the requested dish but took 15 minutes. The prices are way too high what you get. A starter with 5 shrimps in spicy oil and bread for 22.50 chf and a simple salad as main dish (dressing was lacking…) for 29.50 chf is over the top. We won’t go anymore although the ambiance is fantastic. By the way, people write that they come for the lake view, but there is no real noticeable lake...

Ort: Wieder Country Festival 2024 Am Donnerstag, 8. Febr. waren wir zu viert zu Gast am legendären Country Festival. Wir haben alle unser Essen bei toller Musik geniessen können, anstelle der Nachos die früher einfach auf das Chili con Carne obendrauf gelegt wurden (aufgeweichte Nachos) gab es jetzt zwei Brotscheiben, war aber gut. So um 22.15 wollten wir noch etwas Süsses bestellen, doch auf der kleinen Empore liess sich die längste Zeit kein Personal mehr blicken. Um 22.30 ging ich die Treppe runter um jemanden vom Personal zu suchen. Die junge Serviceangestellte teilte mir dann mit, dass nach 22.30 keine Bestellungen für die Küche mehr möglich wären. Früher kam das Personal und orientierte, bzw. fragte nach evtl. Bestellungen bevor die Küche schloss. Eine nette Geste war aber doch, dass sie uns zwei Kaffee offerierte, besten Dank nochmals.

Freitag, 9.Februar Innerhalb 24 Stunden zwei Konzerte besuchen ist toll und nicht alltäglich. Ich buchte zweimal denselben Tisch (205) und auch die gleichen Plätze. Als wir beim Eintreten von weitem sahen, dass zwei Plätze von unserem Tisch besetzt waren, steuerte ich direkt auf diese Gäste zu und orientierte sie, dass sie an unserem Tisch sitzen würden. Sie fragten nach meiner Res. Tisch-Nummer, 205 meine Antwort, darauf sagten sie, dass das nicht der Tisch 205 sei. Kann nicht sein, wir sassen gestern noch hier! Dann stellte sich heraus, dass die Tischordnung geändert wurde. Ich war sehr erstaunt und auch verärgert, wozu soll das gut sein, täglich neue Tischnummern??? Ein Vorgesetzter kam dann an unseren Tisch und meinte, dass die Tischnummern täglich wechseln würden. Nur rein von der Organisation her, ist ein solches System Fehleranfällig und auch aufwendig. Es kam kein Sorry über seine Lippen, schade um den Start in diesen Abend. Ich gehe eher davon aus, dass die Tischnummern versehentlich vertauscht wurden, bzw. von der "falschen Seite" aus verteilt wurden. Auch an dieser Stelle wäre ein kleines Sorry in Form einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit nicht falsch gewesen,...
