Dear friends We come form UNITED KINGDOM for holidays but Zurich people disappoint as for there food prices and doing fraud with tourists people , it’s been horrible to know that when we order the food it was Ramadan offer in there restaurant but in main menu is much cheaper then Ramadan menu well we order the Mix grilled platter & when we see it was nothing in it on SFR 49/- & she also served as Mercimek Corbasi for SFR 12/- which she need to tell as before she served as she didn’t bother when I was on till to pay I ask her what is for SFR 12/- she explained me I tell her I m eating form last 3 days near my hotel on Turkish restaurant No One No One No one changed me for Mercimek Corbasi SFR 12/- you are the first charging me its disgusting to pay which no other place they charge what a shameful I ask her when we order Food should be well cooked well cooked but it was nothing service was great and very quick but disappointed of prices and quantity of food it’s just one small Kabab , 4 small pic of meat boty 4 and 3 pic of chicken boty and 1- lamb chop and 1-dalal some salad of onions well the price is too too much of SFR 49/- for that plater and the quantity is too Low well it’s one time to come over we go are same place where we are eating from last 3 days , I feel shame to come and eat with them again very disappointed Never recommend anyone // Well you don’t need to tell your customers what they need to do stay home and cook you don’t need to telling customers if they can’t afford if I can’t afford I don’t pay extra which I paid it I know she was charging over it you have a dirty mouth & thinking about your customers I come 20 miles because of your reviews but now I know you and your staff stealing customers money form there pockets she need to tell customers before she give them 2nd soups that customer should need to pay for 2nd one ,she never tell to the customer & when I come to pay & ask why you are charging this SFR 12/- she says it’s for Soup which I served you then I tell her I eat more then 3 places all are Turkish restaurant no one charge as , now I start every of my family members to write a review of your restaurant because you & your trained team stealing customers money doing fraud with public which is not safe & your reply review tell as you are not a good person first your staff made a mistake & now you telling customers if you can’t pay stay at home who are you to tell customers they can pay or not I also complain your food trading department you don’t know where should I write of all this issue plus after eating your food make my health disturbed & we have vomit your food was not cooked properly which make are healthy distributed so stop telling customers what they can do and what they can’t do you are a Bad & worst customer services restaurant I never recommend anyone to go there I can see only few people are there because of you High prices & Low quality of food which is reaping people pocket shamed on you & your team

The restaurant staff was very welcoming and attentive. The design of the space was both creative and spotless, contributing to a pleasant dining atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious. Although we initially wanted to try the Iskandar kebab, they were out of meat doner that day. Instead, we ordered pizza and Adana kebab, both of which were flavorful and exceeded our expectations.

Muset is a restaurant with a pleasant and inviting environment, perfect for a relaxed meal. While the ambiance was lovely, the food was somewhat average. The lamb döner was decent, but the pizza didn’t quite meet expectations. It’s a good spot if you’re looking for a nice atmosphere, but the food quality could use some improvement.

Vorsicht, er isch e Betrüger! Ich han im seine Döner Teller, Pide mit Chäs und Spinat sowie Steak bestelt. Vor em ich mini Bestellung abgeä ha, han ich de Inhaber mehrmals gfrogt, welchs Fleisch bim Döner verwendet wird, ob irgendöppis vom Schaf drin isch oder ob Schafsfleisch oder -fett beigemischt wird. Er het mir versichert, dass sin Döner vo beschter Qualitäti isch und ausschliesslich us reinem Rindfleisch besteht. Nach mehmaligem Froge han ich schliesslich mini Bestellung aufgege.

Während ich wartet han, bis mini Ässe serviert wird, han ich mi umgschaue, will ich viel Wert uf Hygiene lege und es isch mini erste Besuech i dem Restaurant gsi. Anscheinend het das de Inhaber gestört, denn ich han nur umgschaue und nüt berührt oder öppis geöffnet.

Nach etwa 40 Minute Warteziit isch endlich mini Ässe cho. Ich han mit em Pide aafange, wo i Ordnung gsi isch. Es isch zwar nöd außergewöhnlich läcker gsi, aber im Vergleich zum Döner und Steak akzeptabel. Denn han ich s'Steak probiert, und das isch wirklich enttäuschend gsi. Obwohl ich em Inhaber, wo au de Koch gsi isch, gseit han, dass ich mini Steak nöd blutig möcht und es durchgbraten sii söll, isch es leider fettig und vo schlechter Qualitäti gsi. Ich han schon oft Steak gässe, aber das Fleisch isch zäh und gummiartig gsi, sodass ich es nöd bis zum Ändi ässe wott. Ich han mich denn dem Döner zugewandt, wo aber au e Enttäuschung gsi isch. Beim erste Biss han ich sofort gmerkt, dass mit em Döner öppis nöd stimmt, denn de Gschmack isch alles andere als nach Rindfleisch gsi. Um mir sicher z'sii, han ich no e Biss genommen und han 100%ig gmerkt, dass s'kein reines Rindfleisch isch.

Darufhin bin ich zum Inhaber gengange und han ihm erklärt, dass s'Fleisch nöd dem entsprich, was er mir versichert het. Er isch däroch richtig wütend worden und het behauptet, dass all Gäste es mögen, nur ich hett e Problem. Ich han ihm gsait, dass ich s'Fleisch testen lasse und falls all bestätige, dass es nach Rindfleisch schmeckt, ich mich entschuldige. Er het aber behauptet, dass zwar 100% Rindfleisch verwendet wird, aber bim Brate Schafsfett für s'Aroma dazue kommt. Das het sich für mich wie e absolute Täuschung aagfühlt, denn ich han vor minere Bestellung mehmal nachgfrogt, ob Schaf im Dönerfleisch drin isch, und er het das vehement verneint. Jetzt het er mir erzählt, dass Schafsfett für de Gschmack verantwortlich isch.

Es isch extrem unhöflich gsi, und ich han das Gefühl gha, dass es ihm nur um s'Geld geht, ohne an die Qualitäti vo sine Speise oder d'Bewertungen vo sim Restaurant z'denke. Als ich zahle wott, het er trotzdem de volle Preis wott, obwohl ich den Döner nur kurz probiert han. Das het mich starks ärgert, und ich han mich betro hold. Ich han ihm gsait, ich wär bereit z'ahln, aber als chli Entschuldigung hätt ich wenigstens erwart, dass er de Döner nöd berechnet. Darufhin sind wir in e Streit gha.

Seid vorsichtig, ich kan das Restaurant überhaupt nöd empfehle. Liebi ess ich e Fleischkäse-Semmel, als dort z'speise!

Sorry liest bitte durch was für ein mieser Laden das ist! Haben uns hingesetzt und keine richtige Begrüssung. Wir haben uns entschieden ein Mixteller für 2 Personen und ein Meze in die Mitte und 2 Cola. Cola war in der Dose und es war warm wir haben gefragt ob sie Eis haben. Antwort:sorry wir haben kein Eis. Easy haben sie halt kein Eis. Zum Essen der Mixteller für 2 Personen kostet 70 CHF!

Okey gut gekommen ist: 2 Lammkoteletten 1 Pouletspiess 1 Lammspiess 2 Adana Stücke thats it! Für 2 Personen!

Der Rest war Zwiebel Salat Karotten Rotkraut. 1 Portion Pommes und ich rede hier von knapp 25-30 Pommes Stücke wenn überhaupt vlt weniger. Sogar Mc Donalds bietet für ein Small Portion mehr. Wir haben gesagt und gefragt ob das für 2 ist?! Hätten wir nichts gesagt wäre auch nicht mehr Pommes gekommen. Easy.. Also kommen wir zum schlimmsten Teil der Geschichte. Wir haben die Kellnerin gefragt ob das wirklich für 2 Personen ist weil es zu wenig ist für den Preis (70Franken!!!).. Wir sind Gäste und wir dürfen uns äussern das es uns nicht geschmeckt hat und zu wenig Fleisch ist.

War wirklich mehr Grünes als Fleisch.

Gut wir haben gesagt nie wieder kommen wir hierher,bezahlen und gehen. Wir wollten die Rechnung. Nicht gekommen. Dann kam einer wollte uns Tee geben wir haben gesagt wir wollen keins wir wollen die Rechnung und kein Tee! Hier müsst vorne bezahlen okey schön zu wissen!

Vorne an der Theke/Küche war eine Dame ich glaube die Chefin. Wir haben gesagt das es uns nicht geschmeckt hat und zu wenig sei für dein Preis. Wir sind Kunden und dürfen uns eusern zum Essen! Die Chefin war so frech dannach und wollte sich rechtfertigen und uns zeigen wieviel Spiesse sie gegeben haben und das der Koch oder was auch immer kein Fehler macht und und und..

Ich gehe aus dem Laden um zu rauchen und hinterher ruft sie zu meinem Kollegen dass er das nicht darf vor den anderen Gästen zu sagen wie das essen für ihn war. sorry wir sind Gäste und haben das Recht das zu sagen wenn und das Essen nicht geschmeckt hat (im normalem Ton!)

Mir war das zu viel die Tür war offen und habe von draussen ihr gesagt „Sei still“! ,weil ich sowieso gehen will also lass mich in Ruhe.

Sie sagt zu mir: Wie redest du mit einer Dame das darfst du nicht. Sorry wir redest du mit Gästen?!?!und rufst hinterher als hätten wir etwas schlimmes gesagt.

und dann kam der agressive Arbeiter und SAGT MIR: ich soll gehen. In anderen Wörtern natürlich ;) Was fällt dir ein das zu einem Gast zusagen!!
