Tucked away in a quiet corner of Oerlikon, this Italian gem is an absolute must-visit. With space for two cars right in front, parking is convenient. The restaurant boasts a beautiful outdoor seating area , perfect for a sunny day, while the interiors are equally charming and thoughtfully done.
A special mention to Ms. Bae, our delightful host : graceful, warm, and welcoming. She strikes the perfect balance - never too intrusive, yet always attentive. Her radiant smile adds to the warmth of the place and truly elevates the dining experience.
This was my third visit in four months, and every single time, I’ve gone back for their truffle pasta: it’s simply the best I’ve ever had. A little tip : do request it with thin noodles instead of the broad flat ones. The delicate strands pair much better with the richness of the truffle sauce.
The antipasti is beautifully done, the breads are fresh and addictive, and the pistachio cream pasta is another standout if you're in the mood to explore.
A heartfelt thank you to the team- and especially to Ms. Bae. You’re a star. Keep smiling and...
Read moreMy husband and I found this quaint little restaurant online and decided to give it a try. It was also walking distance from our hotel (Marriott Courtyard). We were greeted promptly when we arrived and sat outside. The owner, Azem, was our waiter and payed close attention to every detail to make sure our visit was so special. My husband got the lasagna and I got the truffle pasta. Both were amazingly delicious! We thought we couldn’t fit anymore in our stomach until the chef, Bobby, came out with tiramisu. That was the best Tiramisu we have ever had!!! Outstanding!!! Both the owner and the chef were very personable and spoke in English with us. They gave us ideas of what to see and places to go. The conversation with them was like we had known them all our lives. We ended the evening with a nice little shot of limoncello. Our experience was wonderful! If you get a chance to visit, please do! You will love the food and the owner and chef will treat you as if you are a famous guest! Perfect date spot or a place with...
Read moreWe were in Zurich for 2 weeks and ate here 5 times. Outstanding Italian restaurant! We tried all kinds of restaurants over the 2 weeks, Virtù was the only restaurant in Zurich that had great food and outstanding service at a reasonable price.
There is a nice covered outdoor seating area. It reminds me of your favourite local restaurant that you go back to again and again. Relaxed atmosphere where the Owner, Azem and his staff (Chef Bobby and Server Baya) treat you like a “regular” even if it is your first time dining there.
We had almost everything on the menu and all were delicious. Our favourite dishes were the pastas and pizza. They also have a specialty chef that makes your pizzas. If you go with a group, consider getting a pizza to share as an appetizer.
As a nice touch, a complimentary small appetizer is provided at the start and limoncello at end of your meal.
Give Virtù a try, you will have a great meal, receive respectful service at a very...
