We stayed here for 1 week.|Pros: Extremely friendly, efficient and helpful staff who generally speak quite good English.|Centrally located in Zweisimmen|Our room was a good size with a couch, small table with 2 chairs, and a TV.|The bathroom was functional with a shower over a bathtub.|Central heating. Clean.|The breakfast is excellent with water, juices, fresh fresh, fruit salad, Bircher muesli and other cereals, hbread and bread rolls, croissants , meats, cheeses, jams, honey, yoghurts and you can ask for boiled or scrambled eggs with bacon. A machine provides good coffee and other hot drinks. |A small balcony.||Cons: No fan; Our room faced the road which carried a good amount of traffic causing noise. (There are rooms that are away from the road). No bar fridge. The bed (2 adjacent single beds) were a bit soft but still comfortable. Lighting was a bit dim.||Although this Hotel B and B is officially rated as 2 star, it is a very comfortable, clean place to stay with a friendly atmosphere in a central location. I highly...

We had fondue and wanted to share for two people. It was written in menu 'up to two people'. The meal arrived around 7:30 pm. We were asked three times 'how is the meal' after meal was served. I understand the kitchen is closing at 8 pm, they could say that. But the fake kindness and asking 3 times how the meal was annoying. The fondue was too much and we couldn't finish it but in the end I sent it away at 8:10 pm because of their attitude. Still it was very nice until the last moment, the restaurant is beautiful. We were enjoying just being there, sipping our drinks and appreciating the ambiance. However, we had a bad surprise in the end. They brought us double the amount of fondue although we wanted one, that explains why we couldn't finish and we paid 54 CHF only for fondue.
