吃了10多次每次點餐都沒什麼問題唯獨這一次點餐出問題 1.面對A櫃檯人員時，告知我要點烤雞腿‘’飯‘’餐、且手指還指著圖片“‘K05烤雞腿飯餐’”了，但實際卻被A櫃檯人員點成‘’佛卡夏“的組合。 2.收到餐後才發現明細上的餐並不是我當下點的、且餐點完好無食用狀態下，向B櫃檯人員反應，卻不給任何換餐的機會。 3.B服務人員一副‘’一定是妳自己點錯的‘’的態度，毫不懷疑是自家另一個A櫃檯人員誤點錯客人說的餐點。 --同為服務人員，這種處理客訴的方式非常不妥當，因此服務部分給與1星，但用餐環境、餐點都覺得不錯，唯獨服務人員的應對客訴即時反應真的要加強🫡

事情經過是這樣：2/24（六）16:10抵達店家要取外送單（foodomo)，櫃檯人員表示還需在等候5分鐘餐點尚未完成，16:16後，再次向櫃檯詢問，櫃檯人員在次告知：剛剛說錯，還需要再等五分鐘，因為披薩比較久。16:25分上前詢問，店員表示還未完成。直到最後取到餐點時間為16:30。

該店，店員真的很糟糕。為何不在一開始直接跟外送員說至少要15-20分鐘？外送員自行會判斷要不要等候，還是轉單。而不是欺騙外送員在這邊等你們的餐點。外送員並非你們店家請的。店家要賺錢，外送員也要賺錢。外送員等餐時間是沒有錢的。難道據實以告很難嗎？

就因為店員的拖餐，送達時還需遭客人冷嘲熱諷，說從店家到陽明大學最多也就10分鐘，更何況我是15:40就下單了！送到...
