用手機打電話叫外送，跟接電話的男老闆講了住處大樓的地址跟大樓名稱，然後他只跟我確認完餐點就表示要掛斷電話，我理所當然認為他有看到來電號碼所以不需要再行確認，結果等了40分鐘後，我自己打電話去問，老闆才說餐點早已來過並返回，還反質疑我「我怎麼知道妳那裡是大樓」、「我不知道妳幾樓的我怎麼按門鈴」、「妳又沒有留電話」，確認訂購資料這是你店家該確認的事情為什麼反推卸責任到消費者身上，你知道要跟我確認餐點你為什麼不知道要跟我確認地址電話？如果今天我沒再打電話回去詢問，是要我明年再...
