Great dining experience.

The dining hall is just beautiful and relaxing.

The hotpot presentation and side dishes comes in big portions.

Ingredients are fresh.

Lobsters and shrimps are previously frosen, unfortunately.

Over all a great hotpot spot.

We were walking around Chia Yi and found this restaurant. Their beef is superb, with beautiful marbling. One of the staff (seems to be the manager) gives a great service, explaining to us (Mandarin is not our native language). Overall a pleasant place to eat, with your family.

Amazing experience, with really high quality meat for the hotpot. The restaurant environment was first class, nice decor and very clean! Even had a robot waiter serving us! 😀 Definitely coming back here!

簡單一句概括評論就是：一間吃裝潢與噱頭的店 需要先訂位，大門完全沒有標示🙄️有六個木門大概是看誰運氣好才能進去（正解是中間兩扇）。 為了肉片蛋糕去的點了599壽星七折420，跟圖片完全不同長得有點醜，而且把肉夾掉後裡面就是一個蛋糕造型膜如附圖（花420只為拍照但又沒想像中漂亮感覺不太值得）。 壽星幾歲送幾隻蝦子活動，需要消費滿1000才能加點，重點是還不能單點湯底然後單點想吃的菜（規定一個湯底就要配一份肉食套餐，對於少人又點了肉高塔蛋糕的真的非常不貼心...... 肉質部分真的算普通......（誰可以吃那麼多肉）。 然後不知道是不是廚房心情不好，蝦子應該也算重點拍照項目，但完全沒有擺盤，看起來像是掉了又被撿在一盤，看起來超不舒服😭唯一可取是蝦子還算新鮮算容易剝殼～ 在服務部分也覺得很不ok，一開始解釋菜單都沒有解釋清楚，詢問人員感覺有沒有全部訓練完成，同問題得到不清楚的答案或需要找其他人員協助（然後等超久都等不到人，後來還是需要自己去找🙄️）對於人數也不會有建議怎麼點，或這樣點太多建議共鍋加單點之類的貼心建議...... 自助式飲料選擇偏少，標註也非常的差（就貼了一個綠，也不跟你說是無糖；梅是酸梅湯），然後白開水有一股超生的味道。 冰淇淋吃起來很甜，而且維持的有點髒，動線也沒有規劃的很好。 覺得整體CP值真的偏低，然後價位不如去吃逐鹿（蝦還撥好而且無限供應，飲料選擇也多、冰還有哈根）。
