這種連鎖火鍋店～說真的.. 每家各有特色～～ 今天來到莿桐這家三媽店～內用 當店員端來～我也覺得為何不是煮好端來 而是要自己煮慢慢來～～ 當下心想還好等等沒啥事～～就慢慢吃 湯頭食材都很新鮮～～好吃😋 很推薦大家來品嚐… 但如有急事還是叫外帶直接幫你煮好直接吃會比較快唷！

因為有另外加冬粉怕沒湯所以請他們另外裝，結果店家不肯幫我另外裝堅持放在裡面，結果完全沒湯，裡面飲料區也都果蠅，希望清潔能做好

這種連鎖火鍋店～說真的.. 每家各有特色～～ 今天來到莿桐這家三媽店～內用 當店員端來～我也覺得為何不是煮好端來 而是要自己煮慢慢來～～ 當下心想還好等等沒啥事～～就慢慢吃 湯頭食材都很新鮮～～好吃😋 很推薦大家來品嚐… 但如有急事還是叫外帶直接幫你煮好直接吃會比較快唷！

我去吃過兩次，每次老闆只要要內用的時候，都會先考慮一下！而且態度非常的不好，只有店內的一個阿伯人超級好！我們今天晚上七點要內用，問老闆老闆就有猶豫了，我實在覺得很奇怪！我是覺得應該要在外面貼個告示牌內用只能到六點，如果不是那個阿伯說今天生意比較好，這樣的話，我們早就走了！我不會再去吃了，太誇張了，而且桌上非常的油膩，客人走後也不擦，明明裡面員工有三四個！ 三媽臭...

因為沒有零顆星的選項，"只好"給一星。食物品質非常差就算了，服務態度更是劣質。(店內有一個很老的女性員工服務態度"非常差"，不知道是更年期到了還是吃炸藥但看起來更年期是已經開始了啦)...
