To sum up my experience, it was meh.
Good points: They have a partial aquarium inside so that you can pick out some of your seafood. Dinning room was clean and spacious.
Bad points: With exception, of the oysters I've had better and fresher seafood for less money. The Otoro had very little fat and shouldn't have even been called Otoro at all.
It seemed a special point of the restarant to advertise that the head of the Taiwan CDC dinned there. But honestly, I saw half the staff with uncovered noses and at least two kitchen staff not have any face covering at all.
Service was also meh. We had to ask a lot about our food and changed in plates towards the end of the meal because all the waitresses were fawning over the tour group that came in.
I had special dislike of the bathroom because the men and women's bathroom were facing each other. A man's urinal was right in front of the door and you can very easily see the back of any guy taking a leak. As a woman, it is super awkward when you are trying to wash your hands and there is a dude five feet from you pissing. Even worse, the mirrors in the hallway also...
Read moreFantastic experience end to end, including the barley tea served as part of the meal! Upon entrance (wheelchair accessible) the staff welcomed and seated us with great hospitality. The server assisting with the order was thoughtful and attentive to dietary restrictions making sure to highlight to the chefs not to add sugar. Everything was great and definitely top choice for fresh seafood. The portions were pretty sizable (especially the vegetables which we appreciated) and prices were very fair for the quality and size. Our party of 5 enjoyed and finished everything considering we ordered quite a lot of food! The grilled shrimp was super fresh and everyone's favorite. I also liked the fish shabu shabu in addition to the vegetables. They also served watermelon and dessert soups at the end...
Read moreSimply put: To Die For🤗. This restaurant is the mammoth of seafood specialities. The lobster cakes themselves were enough to make my tastebuds cry with tears of joy if they could. My lovely wife and I as well as our entire family from my brother in laws wife's side enjoyed a festive meal where it appeared as if the food would not stop coming. On top of that; this lovely restaurant was also hosting two wedding receptions at the same time thus this place knows how to be professional and precise when it comes to the food they create. I can not stress enough how Wonderful this place is. If you are looking for a fantastic place to dine; this is the place to go. I...
