4.5 Stars. Sign reads "Arong." A family-style smorgasborg with minimal climate control. Large and crowded but we were seated almost immediately. Choose your fresh fish/shellfish from the iced buffet and the method of preparation (deep fried, broiled/grilled, or steamed). Standard but well-prepared vegetable options on the menu. Multiple types of fish and shellfish on ice and while it was winter and I could see the fish, importantly, I could not smell the fish even with the fishmonger scaling the fish inside the restaurant. A great stop in dongguan, especially on the way to kenting or Kaohsiung. Enjoy huge seafood platters of fish and other items cooked the way you want.
