The best meal we’ve had throughout the 10 days crazy trip in Huadong two weeks ago. It came by accident as I was trying to find food and help after walking over 5 hours along the coastal route 11. The owner was so kind helping me to get my two friends by car (they walked over 7 hours into the dark) and allowing us order meal at the restaurant ( this place normally do not accept none-reservations). The set meal is simply fantastic - fresh sea food seasoned with indigenous spices, healthy veggie collected from local, beautifully presented plate with tribal touch and more. The restaurant also offers great ambience full of creative arts hand crafted by the owner and the village artists. 印象裡面，少有一間餐廳，服務水準以及菜色超乎我的預期。

首先，餐廳座落在一個安靜的小漁村外圍，面對著秀姑巒溪出海口，以及廣闊的海景。 餐廳有一種靜穆而自然的氣息，這很神奇，因為與餐廳外面的感受一致。

菜色精美，簡直都以毫無破綻的姿態來呈現。讓人感受到，主廚是完全專注的，去呈現當季與當地的蔬果、漁獲的風味。真的是相當有才華。

服務人員態度自然，說話低聲而輕鬆。並沒有“訓練有素的笑容”或是唯恐得罪客人的噓寒問暖。 送餐之間的空擋，也不見外場人員聊天或呈現休息模式，而是做著她們應該要做的事情。

而他們的服務，是如何深得我心的呢？ 首先上菜的節奏，真的有在控制：我們因為要伺候孩童，所以用餐比較慢，而他們也配合我們的節奏，讓我們可以好好的品嚐每道餐點。 要是在講求翻桌率的精華地段的餐廳，搭配漫不經心的打工服務生：管你去屎。 再來就是其中一道，是適合幼童吃的芋籤烤飯糰，就多給一個可愛的小飯糰，擺在一起，看起來“三大一小”，像是我們這桌的成員一樣，好貼心啊。

另外值得嘉勉的，就是烤蝦，蝦的觸鬚，在烤之前有捲起來，成為一個擺盤上的造型。 這樣讓烤熟的蝦子看起來，還是很有朝氣，讓我深感欽佩；因為我個人總覺得，蝦的兩根觸鬚有點像蟑螂，我是不那麼介意，畢竟這只是無謂的聯想，況且蝦本來就有觸鬚，直接剪掉又太不真實，想不到先捲起來再進烤箱這招真是高明。

就是食神說過的：注意到顧客最細微的心理。

我深深的覺得，來這裡用餐，是一個心靈的饗宴，重要性等同於當日主要景點。 那意義，已經不是“吃大餐”。

這種用餐體驗，能說是可遇不可求；我一樣可以在家附近找到很優秀的餐廳，但就是那種“CP值”很高的餐廳。 消費者會算CP值，餐廳業者比我們更加會算。 所以我們在用餐時，會感受到問題食材的隱憂，會隱約感覺到地段房租的經營壓力，會感覺餐廳很在意“翻桌率”，會隱約感覺到服務人員被剝削勞力。 很抱歉但這就是都會區的模式，你只能享受當下所看到的一切，但你不能完全相信它。
