Glad to c your feedback. I order 2 cups of hand brewed coffee for to-go two days ago. Coffee smells OK but taste not ideal. I believe that the bean could be better. Look forward to visit your shop when I have business...

拋開一切後疫情的高壓無力，讓紛雜思緒飛揚，下午來場法式隨性自在咖啡狂想曲。

在苗栗公館街上真的超老房子裡的咖啡韻味十足，如同狂想曲一般敘述式沒有特定風格的發展，香味四溢，層次堆疊，自由並表達純粹與坦然的特定情緒。

ㄧㄧ登場的咖啡麻豆們各領風騷，在口裏綻放豐盛異彩。

如果法國料理廚師們傾向於鑽研獨特性視覺和味覺上的衝擊手法，而幽默風趣的咖啡職人雷哥則是放下主觀的態度烘托，讓不同產地的咖啡們展現獨樹一幟。
