Details: Valrhona Chocolate: 4.2/5 - Milky, Chocolate dark but not too fruity, quite nutty, could be a bit milkier but for an iced chocolate this is brilliant. Tea: 4/5 Caramel Apple Waffles: 5/5 - Caramel apple sweet, tangy, fruity, aromatic and flavourful, waffle is slightly crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, amazing. Also got some creams added for extra butteriness and milkiness. Basque Cheescake: 5/5 - Great Basque Cheesecake Dirty (SOE): 5/5 - Personally love the ratio, and good SOE, quite fruity, fragrant, slight nutty, sweet (note), creamy. Mmore variaty of specialty coffee than most of chain store. Also provide different pour over brew method than most other coffee shop. Recommanded if you want to try something new. Price wise is on the medium...

今天原本要跟剛認識不久的朋友去星巴克簡單的喝咖啡，聊聊天的！但⋯清大店沒什麼座位，後來朋友的男朋友推薦可以到附近朋友的咖啡店品嚐看看，查了一下原來是間曾經注意過，卻沒去喝的咖啡廳，沒想到是一間具有水準的咖啡店！拿鐵，手沖，都好喝！推薦喜歡喝咖啡的來品嚐看看喔！

#食感：雙倍濃縮拿鐵⋯還未送餐時⋯已經看到店員認真的在製作我的拿鐵了！送餐時看到有個漂亮的拉花！讓我好奇這杯拿鐵的風味會是如何？一入口就感受到很細緻的奶泡，牛奶香氣濃郁沒有腥味（使用台農鮮乳），雖然名稱上是寫雙倍濃縮⋯但它對我來說是杯咖啡味較為濃郁的拿鐵！不會感到有些店家只是使用重烘焙才讓咖啡喝起來覺得濃重！這杯拿鐵適中濃厚的咖啡香，帶著堅果，巧克力般的香氣，順口滑順，這是一杯好喝的拿鐵！手沖咖啡_蕭邦...

因為咖啡展而認識的店家，特地從桃園拜訪店家。雖然店離火車站很遠，但不虛此行。 假日傍晚人很多，店員有點應付不來，不過店員依然耐心的對應每個客人的需求，儘管等待的時間稍長，但是是可以接受的。 店內寧靜整潔，咖啡沖煮手法多元，除了基礎的不同器具萃取之外，更提供日式手沖萃取手法，感受到店家對咖啡技術的鑽研。店內提供多種口味的比利時鬆餅鬆餅，不同於一般很一張大圓分成四份的鬆餅，小巧扎實的比利時鬆餅負擔更少，這次選擇的是草莓卡士達口味，令人滿意。 特別喜歡宏都拉斯 鞏馬雅瓜 茱莉歐 厭氧蜜處理和哥斯大黎加 拉斯拉哈斯莊園 黑蜜處理。幫朋友代購也廣受好評，之後無法前往也會想網路訂購豆子請店家幫忙寄過來。
