The food was quite nice and fresh. However, the rice was not so well cooked. I also find getting the food off the plate was quite stressful so I did not quite enjoy the food as much.
It is also a pain to try to order food from a screen attached so high up and also can only be managed by the People who sit next to it.
The green tea powder did not come out easily and there was no proper thing to mix the green tea powder.

Read more迴轉壽司真的是一個突然想要吃壽司或生魚片日料,但又不想踏入太高檔的日料店時,可以隨時又隨興地飽餐一頓的好選擇!
台灣三間知名迴轉壽司,藏壽司是我最後一間嘗試的,以目前來說,較高單價的兩間我也會比較喜歡藏壽司。服務的部分沒話說,好到不行!用餐環境不錯,冷氣涼爽。唯一的缺點是當天用餐時,可能因為是平日,加上疫情影響,客人很少的關係,檯面上的壽司選擇非常的少,大部分都要自行點餐才能吃到想吃的口味。
這次餐點部分印象比較深刻的有:
壽司類:
期間限定的「雞肉塔塔醬握壽司」
現炸酥香的雞肉配上塔塔醬,實在是超級搭,配上壽司一口咬下,口感非常的紮實! (與一般版本的雞肉龍田揚握壽司似乎就差在佐料的不同而已,想嚐鮮的人可以擇一選擇就好)
「蝦仁天婦羅握壽司」
一樣是炸物類的握壽司,蝦仁很飽滿,麵衣的厚度剛好,不會只有在吃皮的感覺,整體搭配起來也是香氣十足,喜歡炸蝦的朋友不要錯過!
至於生魚片及炙燒類的握壽司,表現都中規中矩,食材的新鮮度沒有問題,也提供了不少料理方式可以選擇,可依據喜好選擇喜歡的口味~
軍艦類:
「壽喜牛半熟蛋軍艦」
這道是軍艦類裡唯一想推薦的,牛肉搭配半熟蛋本來就是輸不了的組合哈哈,以往在丼飯類的料理才能吃到的口感,現在全部濃縮在一個小小的壽司裡,搭配脆而不濕的海苔一口咬下,超級滿足啊!!(軍艦類都建議現點現吃,否則海苔會有放久濕軟的問題)
卷類:
「黃金酥脆卷」
這道大推!!雖然要價80塊,但是吃起來真的超級厲害,上層有炸的酥酥脆脆麵衣淋上特殊的辣醬(不會很辣),包裹著香Q的壽司米與內餡(應該有生魚片跟一些小黃瓜之類的),口感跟味蕾都是一級棒的,而且很神奇的是吃起來不油不膩,反而有非常清爽的感覺!
副餐:
「花枝天婦羅」 口感很特別,很像在鹹酥雞攤點的炸魷魚的高級版,肉質很軟嫩且份量十足,兩大條都是滿滿的花枝肉。我們也有點另一道炸蝦天婦羅,與友人的共同感想就是花枝獲得壓倒性的勝利,沒得比哈哈哈
