Extremely understaffed. The Starbucks Management seems incompetent in Taiwan unlike other markets.
Expect at least 15 minutes wait for SIMPLE drinks and longer for more complicated drinks.
Staff openly complained in front of customers its because they have too many drinks to make even if it’s a simple drink. Well well, I guess it is paying customers fault Starbucks don’t know how to roster employees. WEAK workforce management in showcase.
One of the store staff did try to speed it up, grateful and thank you. But it is STARBUCKS TAIWAN management’s fault in poor workforce management, insufficient manpower which essentially blocked revenue and tarnished customer experience.
