《海海大卷烏龍麵》 小卷：以過往吃過的小卷米粉或麵線來比較，算是偏大隻，而且才130台幣一碗，光是這個價格就很划算了。 小卷煮的稍微老了一點點（或許提早個30秒左右上來會更剛好？），但瑕不掩瑜⋯脆度還是維持得很好，小卷的鮮味也是咬下後直接在嘴裡噴發，不愧是海港基隆。

烏龍麵：這算是意料之外的好！菜單上有特別註記是讚岐，麵體煮的恰到好處，不僅口感Q彈外，入口咀嚼後類似小麥的香氣會在舌齒間散發開來。

湯頭：一開始看到顏色外觀會以為是偏向清爽口感，沒想到一入口是濃郁的豚骨香氣，老闆的用心跟食材的精華都化成湯頭的甜了。唯一可惜是⋯覺得白胡椒味道偏重偏多，如果連續多喝幾口會稍微麻痹舌頭，壓過碗中其他食材的風味。若是白胡椒粉在大鍋湯頭內的話，烹煮...

小小的一家店環境很乾淨明亮 建議紅布條拉高一點，這樣外面客人比較看得到裡面有在營業🤩 湯頭很好喝味道很夠，料給很多！👍🏻...
