The lunch set menu was massive. 9 of us could not work through all of it and some food had to be taken home. Food tasty, but because of the crab the total was over 5000NT, pricey for Taiwan provincial city. This place is frequented by people doing business deals. The atmosphere is not cozy, 25' ceilings impart industrial feeling to the place. If you are by yourself or 2-3 people this would not...

Seafood is not cheap actually, but vegetables and flied rice or noodles are cheap. Interesting to visit the local people recommend restaurant when we visited the...

餐廳名稱：木生海鮮會館 用餐日期：2024年5月29日 午餐 台中的朋友帶我來的一家海鮮餐廳，據說最早是在土角厝裡營業，在附近打完高爾夫球的人很愛去吃，因為生意太好的緣故，蓋了一棟大樓，非常寬敞，也有很多包間，自家人聚餐或是宴客都合適。 到餐廳之後，入座前會先被帶到左手邊的房間裡挑選海產。和一般海產店的水族箱和塑膠盆不太一樣，這邊是地上一整排海鮮，有裝箱的，也有裝籃子的，看起來就是個小型魚市場。挑選漁獲的同時還要和店員討論烹調方式，點完才入座。 這邊的招牌好像是米粉湯，味道清淡，但可以品嘗到海鮮的清甜，其他海產也都很新鮮，麻油薑鮑魚超好吃，那個麻油香味真是令人難忘。不過這天點的豬腰味道有點重，個人沒有很喜歡，可能還是點海鮮比較好。 可能生意很好的緣故吧，感覺上菜很慢。友人說以往都是以出菜迅速聞名，但很明顯我去的那天，等很久都沒有東西吃，或許每天狀況不同吧。

12/20定了兩桌，每位1200元海鮮套餐，我只能說這家餐廳菜色真的不怎麼樣，套組內有三樣用到烏魚膘、烏魚腱(一口)，烏魚子(每位一片，大約像外面買的一口吃烏魚大小)，套餐位上，一開始竟然給一大盤，跟服務人員說之後才改。(不知道接單人員是如何溝通的)，再來一人一尾便宜的蒸三角魚，我相信中南部人應該都吃過，鹹淡無味，烤鰻魚冷的，桂花魚翅，淡而無味，那天廚師大概感冒味蕾不佳，蛤仔娃娃菜，每份只一粒蛤仔，吃到最後除了兩位吃素的(800套餐，有鮭魚、鮑魚，值得)吃飽以外，其他人不是吃不飽就是沒食慾，加點菜也只剩滷味(鵝翅)，真心評論，菜色應該認真改善，一套餐內麻油烏魚膘一道，烏魚腱一道，烏魚子一道，真是把當令烏魚便宜的都用上了。失望。 場地~滿意~大且乾淨。衛生間也乾淨。 菜色~差強人意。 調味~失敗。 服務人員~滿意。 再訪~不會，不會。 備註~菜色到後面，已不想拍了。
