The owner knows his products and is very welcoming. Early Taiwanese interior design, food is great and should I say unique, they offer a range of craft beers at reasonable prices, which is a big plus point to me, haven’t tried their teas yet, I bet they are good too. 澎湖 草根果子、植隱冊室 在外漂泊的人，如同草根，雖平凡但具有頑強的生命力；果子落地生根後，在土地上開花結果傳承共榮。 草根果子有多款養生茶，使用漢方養身藥草，針對身體最近的疲勞對症下藥。非常特別的招牌冰鎮豆干，運用16種草本藥材調理滷汁，繁瑣的八次上汁後，最後冰鎮後上桌。希望透過好的食物，喚起大家對環境及土地的重視，以及提升自身生活健康品質。 走上三樓則為「植隱冊室」書店，植隱音同「指引」，給對土地對自身心靈一條美好的方向；冊室則為「測試」，共同創造測試所有美好事物。 一到書店後馬上驚呼，老闆的選書都是自己會想看的書籍，馬上跟老闆說，老闆你放的書跟自己家裡書櫃一樣。在書店可以看到農業、土地、自然、大海、心靈相關等書籍，老闆原來是彎腰青年農田復甦計畫的發起人，深怕未來澎湖的土地上無法再有自足的能力，便透過青年返鄉復甦農業，希望澎湖的農田能與在地人互相共榮大地的美好。 #澎湖 #草根果子 #植隱冊室 #penghu #kokorotour

這是一家很斜槓的書店與蔬食餐廳， 老闆非常熱情而且很好聊， 但如果你不想聊他們也不會打擾你。 餐點都是現點現做所以需要稍等， 但其實麵類的出餐都還蠻快的。 因為是蔬食所以我覺得湯麵調味偏清甜 ， 麻醬麵真的很猛，堅果味很濃， 麵條都是稍微偏粗一些， 煮的很剛好，有Q不會硬。 滷味似乎是招牌， 所以這家店應該比較偏向吃小點心的定位， 但要吃飽也完全可以， 只是要花比較多錢😂 煎餅普普通通， 就像老闆介紹的：比較不油的蔥油餅。 用餐空間很舒服安靜， 一樓座位只有4個而已， 2樓就要坐榻榻米了， 每個角落隨便拍都好看， 如果海鮮吃膩可以考慮來看看， 而且週間也有算塔羅或療癒等服務， 真的很斜槓！ 不過店面在轉角，都畫紅線， 要停在遠一點再走過來， 不然會擋到其他民宅出入口。

被颱風影響而多了一天澎湖慢活之旅， 草根剛好在民宿附近的一間神奇小店！！ 一天結束前很適合來這邊放鬆， 二樓甚至有踏踏米可以躺。 從踏入店內開始就感受到老闆的熱情， 有幸點到僅剩不多的shut 辣， 辣味瑪德蓮真的是比想像的配， 有來草根可以點來嚐嚐（但限量是殘酷的🤣） 再來是麻香紫米糕真的是不要太過分唉！ 紫米糕絕對是No1的招牌吧🙌 滷味（豆干、杏鮑菇）都十分滷味尤其搭配辣椒醬直接提升到另一個層次， 雖然店內都是素食餐點但絕對都沒有一股素味！！ 草根奶茶也是非常順口也不會澀！ 是有在認真的奶茶不是配餐等級的那種奶茶。 總之來澎湖可以來草根耍廢讓自己也跟著這裡的時間慢下來！！
