Simple but delicious cooking on the goose meat. The slice of the meat is thick enough just letting you taste the juicy meat but not too chewy. The rice stirred with the goose oil smells good. The intestines is also delicious sautéed with leek. The restaurant is always crowded and noisy. A very local restaurant. Price is fair. You can order the food pack from...

I went here at 4pm and absolutely no problem with the service and the food here is 100/100, I am so shocked that in such a small town will have amazing and cheap foie gras and duck!!!! So much worth for its price and will definitely come...

位於民雄火車站後站的鵝肉一條街，每到假日總是大排長龍，原本要去吃的鵝肉店排太長了！只好選擇了這一家，好險沒有讓我太失望！本人是2022年2月28日13:40左右抵達，還稍微後位了兩組，約兩點左右吃到鵝肉。因此建議如果是連續假期要來吃的人，可能兩點過後人潮會比較少，比較不需要等待！ 口味：鵝肉的部分，相當清甜軟嫩，而且不會太鹹，¼的鵝肉兩大一小吃剛剛好！特別一提它的鵝肉醬，吃多了也不會口渴！鵝腱也相當的軟，不會有太硬的問題！鵝腸處理得不錯沒有苦苦的～米血的部分有些表面比較硬，但是裡面是Q彈的！桂竹筍湯，竹筍很脆，湯很甜！乾麵則中規中矩。古早味麵線有點失望太鹹了！至於高麗菜我就很推薦，相當的清脆又甜！ 服務：招待的老闆人非常的客氣。 價格：滿滿的一桌才$775難怪人這麼多！CP值算是很高～ 環境：坦白說環境是蠻糟的⋯⋯這附近每一家可能都差不多，因為每家都是老店！ 速度：前面的鵝肉和鵝腱很快地上菜，可是後面的菜速度就放慢了！最晚上的桂竹筍湯約25分鐘之後才上！稍微有等了一下～ 停車：雖然有停車位，不過只有少少的五車位。位在店家的後面。 總而言之，這是一家非常平價的鵝肉店，品質也不錯，建議大家以後來...

I went here at 4pm and absolutely no problem with the service and the food here is 100/100, I am so shocked that in such a small town will have amazing and cheap foie gras and duck!!!! So much worth for its price and will definitely come here again:)
