I cannot stress enough how much I recommend MIK12 restaurant. From the moment you step through the doors, you can feel the passion and dedication that owner Rohan pours into this establishment. His commitment to excellence is truly evident in every aspect of the restaurant, and it's no wonder that MIK12 has become a culinary gem in Neihu area.
One of the things that sets MIK12 apart is the consistently high quality of their dishes. Whether you're a regular or visiting for the first time, you can always count on the food to be exceptional. The flavors are vibrant, the presentation is beautiful, and most importantly, the ingredients taste incredibly fresh. It's clear that the kitchen staff takes great care in sourcing the finest ingredients and preparing them with skill and precision.
MIK12's signature dish is Paani Poori. This delightful creation is a true masterpiece. The crispy puri shells, filled with a tantalizing combination of spiced water, tamarind chutney, and various other savory ingredients, create a harmonious symphony of taste. It's no wonder that Paani Poori has become a favorite among patrons.
What sets MIK12 apart from other restaurants is not just the incredible food but also the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by Rohan and his wife, Ava. They go above and beyond to ensure that every customer feels like part of the MIK12 family. Whether it's greeting you with a smile, personally checking on your dining experience, or engaging in friendly conversation, their hospitality is second to none. Dining at MIK12 is not just about the food; it's about the overall experience and the genuine connections you make and with the warm and welcoming presence of Rohan and Ava, dining at MIK12 is an experience that goes beyond a simple meal. So, do yourself a favor and make a reservation at...
Read moreAs a Taiwanese American who lived in New York all my life, I’m very used to the many authentic ethnic selections available in NYC, so it was a shock when we moved to Taiwan recently and could not find Indian food that actually tasted like Indian food, until we tried Mayur Indian Kitchen at the Neihu location. We’ve tried several Indian restaurants in the Taipei area, but most tasted like a very watered-down Taiwanese version lacking in spices and flavor, or had unfresh ingredients.
I’ve ordered delivery from the Neihu location here a couple times via UberEats and was always very pleasantly surprised. They actually do adjust the spice-level to your specifications instead of keeping it mild and toned-down for the Taiwanese palate. In addition, it is also obvious they use fresh spices for the curries, and their biriyani actually tastes like biriyani instead of salty Chinese fried rice. My family has been so happy and relieved that we've finally found reliable Indian cuisine in Taiwan.
I received a coupon to order directly from them via Line in my prior UberEats order and I happily did so today. They were beyond amazing and accommodating with the order and delivery in addition to offering the discount, but most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious as always. Thank you Mayur Indian Kitchen Neihu! I would love to visit the restaurant to dine-in if I can find some free time! I know Mayur Indian Kitchen is a chain so hopefully we will get a chance to try the other locations...
Read moreGreat place to eat Indian delicacies. Food is quite tasty, ambiance of the restaurant is very beautiful (Indian Music is played in the background) and Service is friendly (Indian Staff at the restaurant makes you feel at home with their engaging conversations).
Have tasted Vegetarian food - Samosa for starter; Paneer Tikka Masala, Kadhai Mushroom, Butter Naan, Potato Naan and Vegetable Biryani for Main Course; Finished the meal with Shikanji (Sweet Lemon Soda). Loved the curries and Biryani (Medium Spicy, Extra spicy can be very spicy so please order the food with right amount of spice levels), quality and quantity of food served is good. Like every other Indian restaurant in Taipei City the Biryani Quantity is very less...
