癈墟早午餐 Fresh Brunch — Restaurant in New Taipei

基本上餐點如果滿分十分，我會給七分，因為麵包如果在熱一點點、鬆軟一點點🤏🏻會更可口。蛋一咬、蛋黃自然的色澤讓人口水直流。這一次點的是班尼迪克蛋醃燻鮭魚+雞塊的套餐。店裡的套餐沒有飲料🥤需要額外加點。會良性建議菜單可以重新小小的設計，雖然名字取名都很有創意很可愛，但是來用餐的客人我大膽猜測都會想點套餐並附上飲料。故可以將套餐設計成 主餐+附餐+飲料 跟單點區 飲料單點隔開 ，並利用些微的折扣價吸引更多客人點套餐或許更有利于雙方，只是粗淺的建議僅供參考。店裡的另一個賣點就是兩隻超級可愛討喜討摸的狗狗，愛狗的人士可千萬別錯過這一間裝潢與佈置都充滿小巧思的早午餐店。

基本的にパンは温かくて柔らかい方が美味しいので10点満点なら7点とさせていただきます🤏🏻。卵をかむとすぐに、黄身の自然な色が食欲をそそります。今回はエッグベネディクトマリネスモークサーモン＋チキンナゲットのセットメニューを注文しました。店内のセットメニューにはドリンクは付いておりません🥤別途注文が必要です。メニューをもう少しデザインし直してはどうかと思いますが、名前は非常に独創的でかわいいものですが、食事に来るゲストは飲み物付きのセットを注文したいと大胆に推測します。したがって、セットメニューをメイン料理+サイドメニュー+ドリンクとして構成し、アラカルトエリアとアラカルトエリアを分けて、少し割引した価格でセットメニューを注文する方が双方にとって有益である可能性があります。これはあくまで参考としての大雑把な提案です。この店のもう 1 つのセールス ポイントは、とてもかわいくて抱きしめたくなる 2 匹の犬です。このブランチ ショップは、装飾とレイアウトが工夫されており、犬好きには見逃せないでしょう。

기본적으로 식사가 10점 만점이라면 빵이 더 따뜻하고 부드러우면 더 맛있으니까 7점 주겠습니다🤏🏻. 계란을 깨물자마자 노른자의 자연스러운 색감이 군침을 돌게 합니다. 이번에 주문한 메뉴는 에그베네딕트 훈제연어+치킨너겟 세트입니다. 매장 내 세트메뉴에는 음료가 포함되어 있지 않습니다🥤추가로 주문하셔야 합니다. 이름이 참 창의적이고 귀엽지만, 식사하러 오시는 손님들은 음료와 함께 정식을 주문하고 싶어하실 것 같다는 생각이 듭니다. 따라서 정식을 메인메뉴+사이드메뉴+음료로 구성하여 단품요리와 음료를 드실 수 있으며, 조금 할인된 가격으로 더 많은 고객을 유치하여 정식을 주문하시는 것이 양측 모두에게 더 유리할 수 있습니다. 매장의 또 다른 장점은 매우 귀엽고 사랑스러운 두 마리의 강아지입니다. 애견 애호가라면 이 브런치 매장을 놓치지 마세요. 기발한 장식과 레이아웃이 특징입니다.

So I ordered Classic American platter, for the price as 190 bucks, and it contained fires, scrambled egg, four slices of bacon, sausage, garlic bread, fruit salad, and a touch of canned tuna. It seems like a bargain, especially the meal contained milk tea or black tea. The fries were okay, the salad and sausage were fine. However, the bacon tasted weird, didn’t taste like normal bacon, it’s not crunchy at all and it was super greasy. The garlic bread was bland and greasy as well. Scrambled egg was soso, need seasoning for sure. The canned tuna was regular, nothing special.

The decor was cool and the staff were kinda friendly, but what they need to focus on...

Everyone and everything was great even though I couldn’t speak Chinese. Very helpful on Facebook to make a reservation. Very helpful to me to order and all food was delicious and quick on a Sunday!
