一進店 一個女店員戴眼鏡態度有夠差，我說奶茶三兄弟 「奶精」換牛奶，結果給我打單成整杯都牛奶欸，還好我發現 客氣問他是不是鮮奶茶結果態度差到好像我欠他錢一直跟我嗆聲，說什麼點單時要說換「鮮奶茶」，「奶精」換牛奶他聽不懂 哈囉？我後來說奶精換牛奶你就聽的懂？後來他一副跟我打架一樣欸 還問我想怎樣 是奶茶店還是什麼流氓飲料店啊

今日下午用Coco線上訂飲料， 14:45下單 14:50系統顯示已接單。

我15:00到現場問了一次， 因為活動的關係，確實單比較多， 店員回覆說要再等，這可以體諒！

但令人無語的是 之後至少有五組比我晚到的客人 現場點餐完到取飲料比我快⋯ 讓我懷疑是到底有沒有接單😓

再去問 店員說還沒好 還在做 直到我向店員反應”已經等30分了!” 才去確認訂單

才知道原來是做好了 但回覆我的店員說不知道⋯ 導致我乾等🙃

另一個是 我會用線上訂...

绑丸子头、两侧有碎发的女店员态度非常差，我走到柜台几秒钟都没反应，我接着说了声“你好”，结果对方侧过头很不耐烦地说“你自己点”。我说我是大陆的在这里不太方便自己点，对方过来很凶地说喝什么，关钱盒子的时候声音超大，做好了之后对其他顾客说谢谢，唯独到我这里直接杯子一放，开始招呼下一个客人“请问要喝什么？”请问这就是你的素质吗？在台湾遇到的大多数人都很有礼貌很热情，这个...
