Overrated, crowded, and at times overwhelming. Prices aren’t always as cheap as you might expect, and in many cases, the restaurants outside the market can offer better value.
Layout & Highlights
Level 1: Mostly fishmongers selling live seafood, with a couple of dry seafood stalls and a few sashimi counters. The highlight is the fresh sea urchin (uni) served straight from the shell.
Level 2: The cooked food section. Each row of tables is managed by a specific stall (identified by numbers). If you don’t have a preference, the easiest option is to grab any table with available seats.
Buying vs. Cooking Experience The “buy downstairs, cook upstairs” concept sounds exciting but is a bit overhyped. In reality, stall owners upstairs often push you to order directly from them. If you insist on bringing your own catch from Level 1 or the harbor, be prepared to wait longer.
Visit Timing We visited on a Monday that coincided with a public holiday - a poor choice, as many Asian markets take Mondays off after busy weekends. Unsurprisingly, it was chaotic, with fewer stalls open and heavy crowds.
Other Notes
The building has been newly renovated — neat, tidy, and relatively clean for a fish market.
Parking is extremely difficult, especially on weekends and public holidays.

Read more多年前(2021)來過一次, 當時感覺裡面髒髒亂亂的, 所以又走回外面歐特儀停車場對面路旁的“阿泉平價海鮮餐廳”吃,另一次是因很難找到/排到停車位, 所以就再繼續開車過去野柳那邊停車, 隨機吃了“錦園漁夫料理餐廳”, 這次聽說龜吼漁夫市集剛翻新整建過(2025/4/27重新開幕), 故2025/05/24特地再專程開車過來看看,車仍停外面的歐特儀收費停車場(平日$50/次, 假日$30/小時)再走路穿過小巷進來 , 1樓有許多店家攤位賣各種活魚或鮮魚(石斑/紅條/馬頭魚/赤鯮/石狗公/皮刀舅/白鯧...基本上魚眼都清透飽滿=新鮮保證),鮮蝦(海虎蝦/明蝦/草蝦...), 活的萬里蟹(花蟹/三點蟹/石蟳 ), 活的九孔鮑/牛奶貝/蛤蜊....感覺價格都還算合理、但不算最低(例:養殖的龍虎斑活魚:竹圍漁港約$300/斤, 龜吼漁港約$350/斤)(雖不會便宜到有那種--專程開車來買也值回油錢的開心感覺, 但也不會有像到“必殺魚港”被當盤子敲的心痛感), 有2部電梯(買魚者若要帶魚上2樓請樓上店家代客料理時、尤其螃蟹會刺破塑膠袋滴水--會造成地面濕滑、恐有害別人滑倒的危險, 及海鮮腥味及海水鏽蝕電梯鋼鐵的部份, 故在電梯外有免費提供塑膠水桶供消費者盛裝提著搭電梯上樓,這個需要大家一起發揮公德心配合)。逛完1樓海鮮賣場區、上2樓代客料理餐廳區(現在新的市集將賣生鮮的集中在1樓、賣料理熟食的集中在2樓,這樣分類分區成1/2樓,感覺採購/用餐的環境/衛生/舒適度、都比以前舊的市集全部混在一起要提升很多),出電梯右邊店家區有約12家代客料理的店家(我沒在1樓買海鮮帶上來, 所以就沒逐家問代客料理工資), 左邊用餐區有12排白色的長方型桌子(每家只1排,桌上都有貼幾號店專用座位--若沒在該店消費就無法坐在該店座位區), 店家有人穿梭其間攬客介紹及上菜), 小桌可坐2人, 大桌可坐4人, 若人多可請店家再併桌,椅子是簡單、無椅背的平價塑膠椅,感覺桌間距較緊湊/有微壓迫感, 大廳內有冷氣+電扇, 整體感覺是“比較整齊/乾淨/有冷氣/看得到海景的----大排檔”。 原本只想隨便逛一逛、再回到上次的阿泉平價海鮮去吃的, 所以從1號店家開始走馬看花,後來看到11號及12號“露露海鮮”這2家的水族箱內竟然都有我心中的夢幻魚種--斑石鯛活魚, 本想google查店家評價, 但查不到,所以就賭運氣、隨機選定吃12號了, 點了1條斑石鯛, 沒來過、不放心、怕被當盤子,所以先問店家1條大約多少錢, 初報約$1000(連工代料價, 下同), 認為可接受再請店家撈起來實際過磅, 活魚報價$1100/斤, 過磅後實收$1060/條, 煮薑絲清湯, 肉質紮實湯頭鮮甜, 讚!另點了活的9孔鮑, $150/個(1樓有店家賣同尺寸的,不含烹煮工$100/個, 買5送1, $500/6個, 沒單獨問2樓這家的來料代工烹煮工錢, 但概略自行折算2樓代客烹煮工錢及座位費=$150--200 * 2種做法, 可能是每一項煮法、依來料食材第1斤內$150, 超過1斤則每滿半斤內再+$50,消費者應可先問過店家、確認後再自行決定), 乾煎麻油3個, 蒸蒜泥豆腐3個, 都Q彈好吃, 另點了燙小卷$250(但老闆上菜後才發現變成薑絲蔥爆炒小卷, 不想讓店家麻煩, 接受、照吃, 可惜表皮變色膜看起來已半脫皮, 感覺新鮮度不如我們常去吃的宜蘭頭城的幸福36號海鮮餐廳、及基隆的阿不拉海鮮餐廳, 但還算是可接受範圍), 另點了1份炒麵$80(普通, 可接受), 1份炒水蓮$150(普通, 但可接受), 買單時總價$2440, 付現$2500請店家免找零。整體感覺還算OK, 以後有機會再來野柳玩、會再繞過來龜吼吃。 2025/6/7專程再開車來龜吼吃海鮮, 原本是要再來吃2樓12號露露的, 但在歐特儀停好車後過馬路就近吃了另一家阿南海鮮(因為阿南店門口的塑膠廣告布簾寫說他們是原本漁夫市集2樓12號店。後來問過店家說是外面這邊剛好有店面空出就搬出來做, 所以我們就試吃看看, 感覺也還不錯)。 2025/6/14專程開車再訪龜吼吃海鮮, 車一樣停在歐特儀停車場, 走過小巷繞進來, 在1樓簡單逛一圈, 在10號--順吉海鮮買了一條白星笛鯛, 鮮魚報價$900/斤,過磅$920/條、實收$900(魚眼清透飽滿/魚腮鮮紅乾淨=新鮮), 活九孔鮑魚$500/6個, 老闆娘介紹上2樓找9號店-揚洋海鮮做代客料理, 白星笛鯛1條約1斤煮薑絲清湯工資$150, 肉質細, 湯清甜好吃, 九孔鮑魚6個乾煎麻油工資$200, Q彈好吃, 另點了一個小卷蒸蒜泥粉條$380,好吃, 一個海菜炒蛋$200好吃,吃完到樓下超商買飲料再上2樓陽台處看看海景, 讚!有空會再來!(但連續好幾週這樣吃海鮮...頭城烏石港+基隆+新北龜吼, 真怕會痛風!) 2025/6/28專程再訪, 車一樣停在歐特儀停車場, 走小巷進來, 1樓大致逛了1圈, 在1樓18號尚益漁產行買1條紅色的長尾鳥鮮魚(魚眼清透飽滿, 新鮮), 報價$450/斤, 過磅收$500/條, 再買活九孔鮑魚$150/個*4個(尺寸比上次在10號店吉順所買$100/個的明顯大很多), 收$500/4個,這2樣剛好付現$1000。老闆建議上2樓找1或2號攤代客料理, 但上2樓後、1號店卻說不代客料理(且態度有點...,可能假日生意太好, 午餐尖峰時間、桌位有限、店家不願做只能賺代客料理工錢的客人、而想要做可同時賺海鮮材料錢+代客料理工錢的客人, 這能理解、不能勉強,以後這攤就直接略過), 所以我們想再回到上次來的9號攤--揚洋 , 但9號沒空的桌位, 隔壁10號攤有空的桌位,所以就找隔壁的10號攤--海韻海鮮熱炒, 紅色的長尾鳥鮮魚煮薑絲清湯, 代客料理費報$200, 魚好吃、湯鮮甜, 讚!4個九孔鮑魚乾煎麻油,代客料理費報$150, Q彈好吃, 另點了燙透抽沾5味醬$300,好吃! 海菜炒蛋$200,好吃!炒麵$80, 還不錯!但、假日人多, 一直有人候位, 我們不想當奧客佔用店家桌位太多時間, 希望能讓店家能提高翻桌率、多賺點錢,所以盡快吃完離開、讓店家做下一筆生意,只是...這樣用餐的感覺會有點壓力,因魚類有刺、蟹類有殼, 要小心吃,不能直接快速大口吞, 尤其是因有小孩, 但店家一直近距離站在後面看著等著收空盤 ...令人無法輕鬆悠閒、細細品嚐海鮮的美味、及店家的好手藝....感覺有點可惜(因我是想要來“享受新鮮美食”的, 不是只來“快速填飽肚子”的,...
