Just like many of the new openings, the staffs aren't trained well so goes down the customer service. Upon walking in it has only one small table (occupied) so I asked are there any seats upstairs? Counter sales says she doesn't know and told me maybe no seats available and yet still wanted me to order first; I responded what if there isn't any seat then what..... anyway I went up and there were plenty of space. As to be expected, service was slow when it first opened, but it’s been a couple months and everything seems to be running smoothly. The staff are patient and consistent with the food orders and coffee. It does seem that cakes are not a popular order in this area, so the dessert bar looks a little aged and sparse compared to other Louisa locations.
