Im a person who loves food so much. my friends and I decided to dine in this place to eat. Although the food is great and the portion is enough, the service staff is not friendly, especially because we speak english. This branch is located in an industrial park, which means factories are surrounding this location, and there are a lot of foreign workers here. If the person over the counter is not friendly, they will be offended by this kind of attitude. Read more每次買早餐我都極度不願意遇到那位染頭髮戴眼睛的男店員點餐,來這邊上班10多年,頭一次遇到這種店員。
講話含糊,還口氣不好的教育客人,漢堡我也不清楚你們到底加了什麼醬,所以我點餐只好說我餐點的醬只要花生醬,最後還一直刁難的對說我,那你就是不要美乃滋。
奇怪?我又不是店員,我一定要按著你們的說法講嗎?所以從一開始我的好口氣,最後我當然口氣也稍不悅的回覆對方,畢竟覺得一直被教訓,難道餐點特製或是不用你們的方式點餐就該被教育嗎?而且教育也可以有不一樣的說法「後續可以直接跟我們說,特製不要美乃滋喔!」這種說法不是皆大歡喜?
而且後續對方也有很嚴重的記仇,因為我每次都點同一個餐點,也是使用相同的券,所以店員非常好辨別我,每到他遇到我點餐,口氣就是相當冷淡,冷淡不打緊,給我餐點(飲料或食物)的時候也都是放在他自己面前讓我伸手去拿,就連隨行杯退款的錢也都只放在他自己面前的桌上,而對於下一個客人就是笑臉迎人,謝謝再見沒少一句。
