Good food with unlimited servings of white rice. Unfortunately, we were greeted by a pushy waitress who recommended exotic ingredients and special dishes not listed on the menu. She kept suggesting we get cobia for sashimi, but I can see the eye of the fish is somewhat dried and refused this NT$1200 order. We have six adults but ended up ordering 9 dishes and one soup; our order included three different fish entrées, one whole boiled chicken and one pork kidney+rooster testicles fried with sesame oil. 昨晚走進‘’尚介青‘’熱炒店，才傍晚6:30分，已有6，7成客人，可知此家餐廳生意不錯。 但迎面而來的卻是台灣的特有飲酒文化，如同菜市場，人聲吵雜，此起彼落，真有點難受。 今天作東請客的張氏夫妻，已在包廂門口，招呼著我進包廂，進了包廂聲浪劇降，這才覺得適應不少。 10大兩小坐一大桌，剛剛好。 菜很快上桌，不論冷盤或熱食，每一道在擺盤上都具水準，口味也佳，難怪生意好。 宴席中大家除了向張氏夫妻敬酒，感謝招待外，另外一位最被點名的就是，明天就要回澳洲的外甥女及她的帥哥兒子（凱凱）。 酒宴中大夥除了有說有笑外，也同時教導了同為4歲的孫女（子涵）及凱凱如何雙手持杯敬酒，摸樣超可愛。 3個小時左右的餐敘，賓主盡歡。 先前的評論： 步出餐廳前，先去了一趟廁所，男廁中，濃濃的尿餿味，帶起了口罩還是難受，閉住呼吸，快速卸貨，趕緊衝離現場。 哎呀～我對尚介青的評論從四顆星降到三顆星了！！！
