6月某日前往消費，外帶了三杯飲品，由於天氣實在太熱，發現蕎麥冬瓜正常冰的冰量不如預期，於是返回店家和員工希望可以再幫喝過幾口的飲料添加一些冰塊，沒想到男店員弟弟非常貼心的幫忙加滿冰塊並用杯蓋蓋好後，還另外多給了一杯滿滿的冰塊，在豔陽高照的正中午這舉動實在非常令人感動，服務💯💯💯，另外，都可茶飲飲品上的貼紙最近出現了一些很可愛的流行小標語，例如「確認過眼神、不旋轉你」之類的～

或許今天是他們店裡辦活動的關係，我從早上11點外送，到下午3:30才收到期間打過多次電話，接電話的店員態度非常得好，但是喝了他們的椰奶波波以後發現裡面的材料非常的少，不曉得是不是因為今天訂單比較多備料不夠的原因，有的甚至裡面只有椰果連芋頭都沒有.我是建議呀，如果你們以後辦活動的時候應該要加派人手，不然搞到這樣子的消費心情非常的差，八十元一杯的飲品，真的有這個值嗎？還沒有吸管！！！！！！！！！七杯沒一杯有辦法喝，等了快一個下午缺沒辦法喝。

看了店家的回覆 覺得 （講）的真好 再看看之前的評論。這是一再發生的事講的好聽。不如真的去改變。一而再...

透過都可訂點飲料外送，18：24訂餐，距離騎車只要2分鐘，到19：39打電話詢問，說已經出門了，於是下去等，等到19：46還沒有到，再打電話詢問，說先送一個客戶，前面一個客戶在土城，我也是暈倒，可以體諒人員少，但也太誇張了吧！19：55再打電話詢問，說快到了，結果20：09送到。

可以體諒人力缺乏，但是外送安排實在不能理解，也超過外送時間，也沒有電話通知。

補充：是系統自動帶出外送時間7：008：00，有一個小時的時間。系統自動帶出外送時間是7：008：00，不能修改，你們8：09送到，回覆照時間，那為何不是7：00到呢？...
