昨天跟朋友原本想去土城日月光，那天去大潤發採購清明節祭祖用品，意外發現大潤發這次改造的很美 義大利麵或燉飯 +98元豪華套餐 優點： 1.店員服務親切2.上餐速度快3.用餐氣氛佳，是聚餐放鬆的好地方，重點沒有人的時候不會趕人4.餐點超好吃，至少義大利麵加豪華套餐這個組合吃下來，超級飽 價格：216元 （含套餐，需額外加收一成服務費）
缺點：週末可能翻桌率高，好多要點的都缺貨，連菜都少上。可能要邊上菜邊劃單！還有點了起司薯條，起司醬沒了，要上菜才知道，提前告知換醬都可以，不是上菜隨便付個番茄醬了事！

今天晚餐帶孩子去用餐，想說很久沒吃洋城，但之前在其他分店用餐體驗都不錯，想說剛好到大潤發買東西，就決定吃洋城了，但真的是蠻後悔的
點了套餐，湯品跟餐包上的算快，但湯品還沒喝完，服務人員也沒詢問，就說了一句「幫您收了喔」就伸手拿走湯碗，服務很不ok，不知道在趕什麼
如果真的趕翻桌率，結果上了第一道主餐後，全家空等好久，服務人員才發現兒童餐竟然漏單
兒童餐漏單原因竟然是因為需要人工點餐，首先我們帶了兩個孩子用餐，其中一個還是學齡前的孩子，兒童餐我們在點餐系統上找半天找不到，還要詢問才知道要人工點，為什麼服務生帶位沒告知？沒告知之外，我們人工點結果漏單？為什麼要用不同的點餐流程造成容易發生的人工疏失？或是是否該加強員工訓練？
已經覺得超不開心了，結果上來的第二道主餐義大利麵有夠軟，第一次吃到這種軟趴趴的義大利麵，全家微波的口感都比這個好，結果服務不行、餐點也不行
最後等到兒童餐上桌時，孩子已經坐不太住了，因為之前吃我們的餐點已經吃飽了，吃完兒童餐，桌上也沒其他東西，去結帳時服務員告知我們還有甜點，對耶！真的等的有夠久，完全忘記還有甜點，都吃完乾坐在那裡就是沒人上甜點，這個上菜節奏真的很幽默
只會吃一次，下次不會再訪 跟印象中...
