It’s nice place to have meal with friend, the restaurant is popular and small, you can have tasty Japanese curry or dessert here , today was raining , sit and see the view through window was nice , but you couldn’t stay as long as you want.

★拉麵迷請進→FB搜尋：『台灣拉麵愛好會』、IG：twramenclub ▎拉麵名稱／價格：醬油拉麵／190 ▎配置：無調整 ▎延伸：#口袋採點 #南投 ★營業時間和品項以粉專公告為主 南投終於開了一間單看拉麵圖會讓我有興趣的拉麵店！ 分享之後就有麵友馬上去會會，很剛好那時候也有安排南投的出遊行程，一直在期盼試營運能繼續，好在出發前幾天有看到後續繼續販售拉麵的消息，就放心安排了。 不靠海原本是販售咖哩飯的，而且在當地小有名氣且不少人都介紹過。而現在則是不賣咖哩飯且內部裝潢整個大改調整且改賣拉麵，把自己已經讓大眾熟知且生意好的品項拔掉重練，這真的需要無比的勇氣和決心，這我是由衷的佩服！ 在南投開拉麵店我覺得已經算稀少，而且主打淡麗其實又更稀少... 清湯的部分目前在台灣還是屬於比較小眾的品項，相對於目前的雞白湯和豚骨。 拉麵品項有： ．醬油拉麵 ．柚子鹽味拉麵 ．松露醬油拉麵 ．辛味噌拉麵 店內是Ｌ型的吧台加上門口旁有一個靠窗的桌區，總共約10出頭位。點餐方式就是會先給你紙本的菜單後，確定後跟店員點餐然後結帳。 水杯和水需自取，放在轉角處的地方。 店剛好在像弄內，附近路邊我是覺得不太好找臨停，所以我停比較遠的市場收費停車場走過去。 店內的裝潢氛圍蠻舒適且很適合拍照，我在抵達店後剛好看到一群人在門口輪流拍照。 整體，店家應該還在測試試營運階段，所以味道也還在抓客群的喜好？日前PO文提到目前改賣拉麵後精算成本有點營運困難...？ 所以希望後續能順利了！ ▎醬油拉麵： 內場總共三位，一位負責煮麵、一位負責點餐和處理客人的事情、一位則是協助出餐和非拉麵的品項。上麵的速度我覺得蠻快的，不一會兒我的麵就來了。 粉專內容提到湯頭使用國產黑羽土雞、溫體豬肉、北海道昆布以及多種山產野菜熬製，埔里香菇燉煮的醬油作為醬底。 不過我喝湯一入口感受到的味道是滷肉醬汁的味道，但是鹹度和風味上其實偏淡。而後續開始吃麵後，其實湯的味道就出不太來，反而配料的柚子和甜橙的切片反而是這碗我覺得最有記憶點的味道，且是整碗風味的主體。 我那天吃的叉燒肉呈現和剛推出的好幾片不同，是整片厚切帶皮的叉燒，有炙燒過；但是炙燒的味道會搶戲，吃到叉燒的時候，整碗淡麗想呈現的舒服風味也被破壞了，叉燒本身的調味也不重。 麵體口感蠻好的，軟硬適中且有口感。 淡麗，不是等於味道淡，反而是看似簡單吃起來卻豐富且讓人驚艷。不確定這樣的呈現是周圍或目標客群的關係或是誤解？ 這碗看起來很吸引我，不過吃起來卻有點小失落，或許是抱太大的期待... 但是還是回歸一開始說的，目前還是試營運且調整中，店家應該會綜合近期吃完的回饋和營運結果來調整。 不過如果目前南投要我推一間拉麵店我還是首推不靠海就是了！

IG:unimini520 . 位置在小路裡面 附近繞一下都可以找到位置停車🅿️ 店內有賣咖喱 丼飯 拉麵 選擇蠻多樣 推薦有炸豬排的品項 跟外面一般的炸豬排完全不一樣 厚度不會過後 外面的麵衣炸得金黃 裡面的豬排肉保有水潤度 一點也不乾柴喔！ . 拉麵我們點了辛味噌拉麵 裡面的叉燒有厚度 湯頭濃郁還帶點辣度 既開胃又唰嘴 建議可以吃辣的一定要點來吃吃看～ . 是一間帶朋友來吃朋友一定會喜歡的店😊
