The portion is good. I like the lighting and the service. Price range is okay and pocket friendly 🤣. Good enough considering the place, service, taste, and proportion. I will definitely come back.

跟埔里之前那家差很多，餐點的種類少了很多，吐司盒子跟飲料都變的完全不一樣。 濃湯喝起來很淡，飲料的茶味也淡到不行，奶味也不夠，水果茶類喝起來像是在喝稀釋過後的果汁，飲料部分完全不及格 網美打卡系列的雲朵千層超騙，官方照片跟部落格拍起來超好看，自己實際去吃根本完全不一樣（如圖） 等待餐點的時間很長我可以體諒，因為人真的蠻多的， 但是我無法理解，為什麼是先上主菜，再上飲料，接著上甜點，最後才是濃湯……直接來不及消化，桌上就整個被擺滿餐點 最後要打包甜點回去，就請店員幫我們處理，結果店員就順手將我們的消費明細跟發票拿走（明明有跟她說 待會我們的發票是要去打卡換冰淇淋的）後來再跟她反應，回來的只有消費明細，發票像人間蒸發…… 服務生的態度不能說不好，但就是沒什麼反應，跟她反應說我們的打包帶走的餐點（而且只是一個甜點）為什麼等了十分鐘還沒來，服務生什麼都沒說直接掉頭走掉…… 真的很失望，原本很開心NU又在埔里出現，結果整體品質令人無法接受。

服務人員非常親切，帶位快速，小朋友會額外提供圖畫紙讓孩子們畫畫，等待時間不無聊也不會吵鬧。座位寬敞，有提供嬰兒座椅，兒童餐具。 茄香紅醬番茄肉醬義大利麵：最常點的一道料理，但此次覺得肉醬部分有點味道，不是很好吃，小朋友也不怎麼接受，肉醬部分在注意一下會更讚。 炸雙拼：薯條與雞塊的火候剛剛好，秒殺。 波霸奶茶：不錯。 墨西哥培根櫛瓜燉飯：新料理，偏辣，但非常好吃。 檸檬綠：檸檬汁再多一點會更好喝。 羅勒奶香青醬香酥嫩雞義大利麵：雞肉有四塊，非常大塊，義大利麵份量很多，吃完很飽。 茉香奶茶：好喝，推半糖微冰。 蔬菜湯：以蕃茄為底熬制，湯頭濃郁，類似羅宋湯，推。 經典吉拿棒：有點炸太久，偏乾，吃起來有點苦苦的。 是一個聚餐聚會的好選擇。
