用餐環境乾淨舒適，是個適合朋友聚餐，慢慢用餐的場所，有義大利麵、焗烤飯、燉飯及披薩等等餐點，價位大多在140~300左右 義大利麵份量剛好，口味不錯，奶香濃郁不會太膩，炸雞中規中矩，奶香雞肉濃湯很大碗，配料豐富，口感濃郁，但麵粉感有些太重

跟埔里之前那家差很多，餐點的種類少了很多，吐司盒子跟飲料都變的完全不一樣。 濃湯喝起來很淡，飲料的茶味也淡到不行，奶味也不夠，水果茶類喝起來像是在喝稀釋過後的果汁，飲料部分完全不及格 網美打卡系列的雲朵千層超騙，官方照片跟部落格拍起來超好看，自己實際去吃根本完全不一樣（如圖） 等待餐點的時間很長我可以體諒，因為人真的蠻多的， 但是我無法理解，為什麼是先上主菜，再上飲料，接著上甜點，最後才是濃湯……直接來不及消化，桌上就整個被擺滿餐點 最後要打包甜點回去，就請店員幫我們處理，結果店員就順手將我們的消費明細跟發票拿走（明明有跟她說 待會我們的發票是要去打卡換冰淇淋的）後來再跟她反應，回來的只有消費明細，發票像人間蒸發…… 服務生的態度不能說不好，但就是沒什麼反應，跟她反應說我們的打包帶走的餐點（而且只是一個甜點）為什麼等了十分鐘還沒來，服務生什麼都沒說直接掉頭走掉…… 真的很失望，原本很開心NU又在埔里出現，結果整體品質令人無法接受。
