在這個公司反應...我原本是是石牌跟重慶店的客人..因為我有辦蠻多張卡片因此有些卡過期失效但是要重辦這兩家店的回答卻都是100塊重新補辦一張新的...問了為什麼失效跟重辦的一些原因都是冷冷地要跟你收100重辦卡片的費用...因此我去了總店...有一個染頭髮的男店員我要問他能補辦跟失效問題...他一一幫我解答...他說卡片還在的話拿去店裡補辦是只需50塊另外兩家都沒提到...然後我順便買了生日蛋糕.在蛋糕櫃前面一個一個介紹..可能是怕我母女太矮還蹲下親切跟我的女兒介紹....這總店服務溫度也太高我覺得其他間的服務態...
