店內木質裝潢讓人覺得溫馨，櫃台後的房型櫃是老闆自己手工的作品🤩🤩 「香椿青醬焗烤飯」-是最驚艷的，一般青醬都是以羅勒、九層塔作為主要發味食材，但素食青醬少了蒜頭等辛香料總是比較膩口，沒有想過素食常用的香椿其實可以取代，重口味的辛香料。 可以接受香椿味的話可以試試看，以香椿為主角，帶著微微奶香的香椿青醬。 「咖哩麵」-是烏龍拌麵 形式，在一般餐廳的咖哩裡算是有把香料味處理的很好的，即便不是道地的南洋咖哩，也是出色的日式咖哩了。 「茄汁猴菇紅燒麵」-湯頭微辣，調味剛好。拉麵不軟爛，猴菇有存在感，給過。 「泡菜陶鍋堡飯」- 比較像是羹飯、丼飯的料理，但泡菜勾芡後整體風格味道被稀釋了，拌入白飯後也無法融入，整體調味只剩下辣，還有咬到泡菜後才會突然飄出泡菜香跟泡菜酸，有點不平衡，需要在調整。

位於豐原水源路上的蔬食餐館，有全素跟蛋奶素餐點。法悅蔬食廚房，提供一些家常的飯麵食，咖哩飯跟焗烤都還不錯吃，溫馨居家的用餐環境，餐點有像在家中吃飯的手作家常味，餐點現點現做，不收服務費 - 乾淨舒適的用餐環境讓人在這裡吃飯心情也愉悅了起來，整體餐點都還滿用心的，今天同行的朋友對於這間蔬食餐廳的味道也很合胃口。我覺得這邊很適合家庭或朋友來這用餐，品嚐手作的家常飯菜，健康又美味
