Creative Taiwanese style Japanese restaurant, famous for its delightful plating. The restaurant is so fresh in the sashimi provided. There are three similar style restaurant brands in Taichung city, 金衛亭 ( Jin-wei-tin, this one), 信兵衛(Hsin-bin-wei)and 森森丼丼(sen-sen don-don), all serve this type of well decorated Taiwanese style Japanese food. JINBINWEI is good at their shushi while Hinbinwei has more choices in Seafood Don; Sensen is noted for varieties of Japanese food. Among all the stores, I usually rank them by their miso soup instead of Mai dishes. The main dishes in this kind of stores won't disappoint you, but the miso soup might. Read more(一)星期五下午5:40開車經過,被店家炫麗外表迷惑決定試吃看看,我們開車繞了10分鐘才找停車位(店內是沒有專屬停車位),5:50進入店內2位用餐(沒有事先預訂),還好還有很多位子,一樣掃描QRcode和量測體溫,因為坐在門口,大約到了6:30,就聽服務生對於沒訂位的客人說要等一下了,事實上店內位子也沒有說很多,一桌的空間沒有很大,整體感覺像是日本居酒屋風格!點完餐就趕快櫃檯結帳,2人1035元,比我想像中便宜,小姐說人很多餐點要等一下,按單先後順序出餐。 (二)第一道出餐6:15,是切切刺身=生魚片,我們點了「鮭魚切切」,自從烏俄戰爭,已經沒有吃到生魚片,七片280片,每片很厚實,既軟嫩又很有嚼勁,紋理清晰,除了去漁港,很少吃到這麼新鮮的鮭魚生魚片了啊,太享受了 (三)吸物=湯品,點了「魚骨味增湯」40元,一碗2人喝,裡面海帶和白色魚肉爆炸多,而且不會死鹹,有點甜鹹的味道,我還滿喜歡😘 (四)極致單品=小菜類,我們點了「厚蛋燒」,我朋友一個大男人,怎麼愛這麼甜甜膩膩的厚蛋燒呢?一層又一層的蛋鋪上一層厚厚明太子加美乃滋混合,甜膩的口感是還不錯,但我沒有很愛,我朋友一個人可以吃一串半。 (五)炙壽司=炙燒握壽司🍣,我點了「炙燒鮭魚握握」2貫90元、「塔塔炙燒鮭魚握握」3貫120元,到底是多久沒吃到鮭魚,點了這麼多鮭魚,這兩種炙燒鮭魚握握很普通、,不推薦塔塔炙燒鮭魚,滿滿鋪一層洋蔥、蓋住鮭魚的美味,加上本人不愛洋蔥,下次改點@焦糖鮭魚握握 (六)畢竟前面已經吃了一堆握壽司,手作握壽司,點了「大金壽司組」13貫,這個組合對我們來說真是壓死駱駝最後一根草,飽到兩人都快吐出來,這組合我覺得每樣都不錯吃,也有一般花壽司和海苔捲,比較不會一直吃握壽司這麼膩 (七)檢討一下你們除非很多人,真的不需要點一堆握壽司,我這次握壽司點太多,吃得後來很膩,別像我一樣鮭魚點不停 (八)另外餐具、茶都是自取,提供的「熱麥茶」好喝解膩,就沒有另外點飲料,吃完大約6:50離開,整體上餐速度快、服務人員都很親切、餐點美味、售價也算平價,已...
