From the moment we stepped into the restaurant, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive—knowledgeable about the menu, quick to offer recommendations, and always ready with a friendly smile.
The mushroom hotpot itself was a true standout. The broth was rich, earthy, and layered with umami, clearly simmered for hours to extract every bit of depth from the premium mushrooms. Each variety—from king oyster to shiitake to enoki—was fresh, perfectly prepared, and bursting with flavor. The accompanying ingredients were equally impressive: crisp vegetables, handmade tofu, and artisanal noodles that soaked up the broth beautifully.

Read more(二訪230220更新:) 今天改點“那麼多養生牛肉鍋” 雙人套餐。套餐包括: 一個小火鍋(湯無限續加)、 8片牛肉、選配兩道菜(金沙松阪豬、綜合炸菇),且附贈兩碗香菇滷肉飯一壺冰綠茶。
湯頭算是最不錯的地方,藥膳跟綜合菇類的清香,非常適合午餐時間。金沙松阪豬可能是我個人太敏感,覺得鹹蛋黃粒和豬肉沒有到很搭,會長則可接受。炸綜合菇量還滿大的,也沒有油耗味,表現可圈可點。
後來因為綠茶喝完了,想加點冰水,店員也很客氣的引導飲水機的位置,服務仍在水準之上。
由於疫情洗禮後, 最能看出一間店的服務穩定度, 我個人覺得菇菇部屋的CP值, 相對另一間名店比較高, 故整體評估的星級也略為向上提升。

菇菇部屋,位於新社著名的香菇街上,附近也有其他著名的菇類餐廳,如菇神、阿亮等等。它的停車場有三層,店家表示第一層以停遊覽車為主,所以我們的車停在第二層。 整間店大概分為兩層,三個區:第一層是餐廳,第二層是菇類產品店和菇菇農園。 餐廳裡面還算乾淨。菜單來看,正面有簡餐、鍋物、單點、小點心區。背面則是飲料區,一杯飲料可加60元改成一壺。我們點了花雕香菇雞、鐵板菇類牛柳、炸杏鮑菇、炒時蔬(高麗菜)、香菇魯肉飯、一壺水蜜桃紅茶。 其中我最喜歡的便是花雕香菇雞。花雕酒和大香菇的組合,將雞腿的風味疊加至高峰。它也是我們唯二秒殺的菜色。炸杏鮑菇也可圈可點,沒有油耗味,外酥內脆。鐵板菇牛柳略為偏甜,清炒高麗菜建議應該淋一點香菇魯肉,其他就中規中矩。如果菇神吃膩了...
