The location is a bit out of the way. It is reachable by bus from Taichung for about an hour's time. Also, if you like hiking, there are a selection of hiking routes around the area, where you can plan your day depending on your level of fitness. The standard fare is a mushroom, vegetable and thin sliced pork hotpot. This is generously sized and delicious. Deep fried oyster mushrooms are fantastic, as are the sausages. We had some other ala carte orders. The food is not bad. Price is reasonable for restaurants style. Let me tell you, I'm more attracted to their retail outlet just beside the restaurant! They sell all kinds of Mushroom products, quite a variety. N also other items like the Macaw 馬告 biscuit。this a a spice their aboriginal tribe uses. Unique taste. Good to experience.
