我和先生各點了一份巧克力蛋糕NT35 （愛情靈藥）和一杯摩卡咖啡NT100，準備內用。結果卻被豐原三民店的店員告知：「飲品每人必須至少一杯，不然餐點要達100 塊。」我們試著和店員溝通，但對方堅持這項規定。問題是，我們真的只想吃這兩樣餐點，為什麼不能內用呢？這讓我們非常生氣，也無法接受！

我的先生是比利時人，我還用英文向他解釋這項規定，但他完全無法理解，為什麼台灣的咖啡廳會對消費者有這樣的要求。我們已經消費了，卻還被這樣限制。更讓人難堪的是，我們得在其他顧客在場的情況下，忍受這種尷尬和平白無故的內用拒絕。

我可以理解低消限制的必要性，但在我們進入咖啡廳前，完全沒有看到任何關於低消限制的告示。後來店員才告知，相關規定貼在桌子上，但這種方式根本無法讓消費者在進店前知曉。如果是掛著「路易莎」的招牌，不是應該所有分店都遵循統一的規定嗎？為什麼有些店有低消限制，而有些店卻沒有？

舉個例子，我們之前去潭子店，兩人只點了貝果和飲料，店員完全沒有阻止我們，直接讓我們內用。既然是連鎖品牌，規定難道不應該統一嗎？消費者難道每次進店前都要先到處找規定貼在哪裡，還要因為無法接受就離開？尤其是在停車這麼難找的情況下，這樣的規定真的讓人感到不便又不合理。

My husband and I ordered one chocolate cake (Love Potion) and a mocha coffee, intending to dine in. However, the staff at the Fengyuan Sanmin branch told us, “Each person must order at least one drink, or there should be at least NT$100 for the food.” We tried to communicate, but the staff firmly insisted on this rule. The issue is that we only wanted these two items—why can’t we dine in? This made us very angry and unable to accept the situation!

I can understand the concept of a minimum spend policy, but there were no clear signs about this rule before we entered the café. The staff later explained it was written on the table, where customers could see it only after sitting down. If Louisa Café is a franchise, shouldn’t these policies be consistent across all locations? Some branches enforce a minimum spend, while others don’t. For example, we visited the Tanzih branch, where we ordered a bagel and a drink, and the staff allowed us to dine in without any issues.

Shouldn’t such rules be uniform? Do customers really have to search for the policy every time they visit a branch, and then leave if they find it unreasonable? It’s frustrating, especially after we’ve already spent time looking...

之前來感覺還不錯，今天午餐要來吃個三明治，居然說店內用餐必須點飲料，否則只能外帶，店內一堆點了飲料在K書的，我只是想吃個東西就走還不給坐，上星期六去大雅學府店，態度好太多了，也沒這種一人一杯飲料的規定，還可以刷卡，刷新光世界卡還有5%回饋，豐原店真是遜掉了
