I know breakfast hour is hard on people, but come on, I work at McDonald's in my younger days, I remember the rule for us those days were to be enthusiastic in drive through Window, I know might be hard in Chinese, but how about an smile at the cashier windows or the pickup windows? This McDonald is that the most negative bunch I ever been too. Thank God the food was still good. I wish McDonald's would change the orange juice vendor, it just tasted like bad orange juiced with heavy orange peel tasted, nasty.

25/7 Drive- thru, take away and eat in McD. Separate coffee corner is too noisy to my taste. The few times I've been here there was always a queue and waiting for my order took at least several minutes, even just a coffee and ice cream. The place is air conditioned and has a playground for children. I've seen better branches.

麥當勞以商業模式經營沒問題 但只要是有人員服務的前提下 不應該忽視忠實消費者的權益 為了加速點單的效率～改成自行order 但只要有人不熟悉操作方式～照樣排隊 人員點餐櫃檯只剩一個～午餐忙碌時段 還安排新進員工實習點單流程～又排隊 內用座位幾乎全滿～為了親送餐點 櫃檯直接放空～結帳的顧客再次排隊 個人點完餐點付款後在一旁等待 眼看著自己的取餐號碼消失～～～ 後到的顧客都已經取餐離去～～～ 我還是只能原地等待15分鐘～～～ 才讓某位員工發現我的存在～～～ 自主性的跟備餐區確認後～～～ 不好意思～地瓜現炸要等～～～ 請問～～～是要怪電腦點餐沒有提醒 還是顧客沒有主動積極詢問？？？？ 等沒有問題～但告知狀況有困難？？ 讓內用的顧客在櫃檯傻望著取餐螢幕 然後讓一堆沒用餐的路人佔滿位置？ 那不就是花錢糟蹋自己又浪費時間！ 餐點好了就一直喊 267～267～267 取餐櫃檯都是排隊確認的後來客 我等餐點不是應該的～這道理懂嗎？ 管理人員的接待訓練不予置評！！！ 總結一星給認真學習的新人大叔 另外一星給等到火熱的現炸黃金地瓜
