The facilities are clean and well kept. The tables, silverware, and baby chair were all clean and not sticky. Very handy having the robot deliver the food to the table. All the food was tasty and fresh. I can't recommend the pesto and tomato sauces for the risotto enough! It's super good!! Only the meatloaf with noodles were bland. But it's because it didn't have any sauce...or very little. Would definitely eat here again! And it's very close to the tanzi park!!

9/10 用餐，現場二位服務生，出餐速度超級慢，其中一位染頭髮的女生服務態度不佳。 1. 染頭髮的女生要求等候帶位，但當場有一位男生在我們後面進來，問正在結帳的客人位置坐哪裡，問完直接入座，結帳的服務生完全沒制止。我詢問可不可以直接入座，染頭髮那位回我「要量體溫才能入座」🤷‍♀️ 2. 點完餐染頭髮的服務生才告知餐點要等至少半小時才會好⋯⋯當下有告訴結帳的服務生應該要在客人進門時就先告知需要等候的時間。 3. 13:51分點餐，飲料14:43才完成😮‍💨麵吃完之後到櫃檯表示飲料要用外帶杯裝，染頭髮的服務生冷冷的說「我們都是用外帶杯，等一下就好了」6分鐘過後才拿到飲料、直接帶走，騎到半路才發現要求去冰的飲料裡冰塊一堆！ 我們點完餐回座位後其中一桌離開，扣除我們這桌二位另外只有三個客人⋯現場客人都無法應付，就不要再接外送平台的訂單，久候沒關係，服務態度不佳，只會造成差評。

All the food was tasty and fresh. I can't recommend the pesto and tomato sauces for the risotto enough! It's super good!! Only the meatloaf with noodles were bland. But it's because it didn't have any sauce...or very little.

Their Salted Egg Fried Chicken with Risotto was very filling..the risotto was creamy with a nutty flavor, chicken has just the right crunch, barely tasted the salted egg though. Corn soup bland but the Garlic toasted bread was delicious however it took them forever to serve. Over all the meal had a light taste but very filling. Ended the meal with a hot Fruit tea, this...

晚上7點多。今天跟男朋友一起吃飯的心情都被破壞掉了 一進門有女服務生問我們幾位，回答2位之後就給一個男服務生帶位(稱A)但是A好像是新來的一樣連要把我們帶到哪裡都不知道，後來直接把我們晾在走道中間去問別人了，路過的服務生還以為我們要幹嘛，還過來問我們怎麼了== 入座後A放了2本菜單和2張貌似是現在的促銷活動單之後就走了，對。就走了，甚麼都沒說!!讓我們自己看著辦 後來我們點了義大利麵有一份升級套餐(酥皮濃湯+飲料)，我的豬排咖哩義大利麵上的豬排又油又柴，一點都不好吃。甚至我們快用完餐濃湯都還沒上，覺得不對勁問了服務生之後才端上來的。而且4人桌是由2個2人桌並起來的，兩個桌子高低差差超多還會搖 現在來說用餐環境。在我們一踏進店門時就聽到一群小鬼的嘻笑聲(一瞬間以為來到托兒所)後來才看到是2個大嬸帶著4隻小鬼在店裡坐著，桌上的餐點也吃完了就是坐著聊天，然後小鬼們在旁邊打鬧嘻笑搞得整間店都是他們的聲音，大人也只是偶爾出聲制止一下就繼續聊自己的天了，當然小鬼還是不出幾秒就回復到原本的音量。 然後直到他們離開都沒有任何服務生或是主管之類的去勸導一下。 到最後店內的音樂甚至被店員換成很台很難聽的歌。不好意思你們不是9:30才打烊嗎??怎麼才8點就在打掃聊天了??而且店內還是有2.3組客人在用餐好嗎????可以尊重一下嗎??感覺很像是在被趕所以東西也沒吃完就離開了 總結。 不會再去了，雖然只是一頓2.300的飯錢但是這種服務品質就連100我都嫌貴好嗎? 店內的服務生每個都像新來的，放個盤子叩叩叩超大聲，基本觀念根本有待加強 如果你希望吃到一頓安靜普通的義大利麵，那我建議你潭子有...
