近幾個月星巴克買一送一的活動多的勤，也就喝杯咖啡走的勤。 從DRIVE THRU車道型得來速店:市政門市，永春東門市，文心大慶門市到大里國光，中興門市，向心，惠中，新國門市，再到國資圖，新時代，太平，軍功門市。潭子門市感覺最大器，一，二樓空間大，座位多，難得的還有室內電梯，大圓桌!!! 圓形的潭子星巴克獨特建築，個人覺得像是那一杯馥郁的拿鐵咖啡一般，耐人尋味。座位間隔也較大，舒適的空間感，聊起天來也較互不受干擾或影響。讚唷!!! 附近有付費停車場。更值得推薦到此一遊點~伊甸心園花園，是一夏荷賞花秘境，是一個草坪整理的很棒的教會。 星巴克也離潭子國小的日式宿舍及時光記趣彩繪牆很近，別錯過經旅行(路過別錯過，順道一遊)。 節能減碳健身遊，潭子火車站下車，走路大約8分鐘，星巴克走到心園花園大約也不超過8分鐘。 第一次午后來潭子半日遊，愛隨手拍的自己，豐收滿滿的相片，好欣喜，!

來過好幾次，整體來說這間店硬體設備已經有老舊痕跡，包括座椅污垢、屋頂玻璃裂痕、廁所其中一間壞掉等。而且二樓下午因為西曬，有插座的位置特別熱，但潭子也只有這間星巴克所以沒得選。 -----------------------2023.4月更新----------------------- 旁邊最近開了一間路易莎，冷氣溫度、設備環境都比較好，也有水可以自行取用，相對飲料售價高了幾倍的星巴克完全找不到來的理由，沙發一樣髒、廁所一樣壞一間、冷氣一樣爛，最扯的是連二樓的插座都壞掉囉，而且沒有任何告示，帶了筆電來點了飲料後才發現插座是沒電的。哦!今日再訪的原因是因為路易莎客滿了......

Went there this morning, all 3 staff standing inside just serve 1 customer, exit sign put it wrong,I was supposed to be the next one,then inform me that I have to go to the other side, which is already have 4 peoples there,what a waste of time, never gonna go again with that attitude and service, if there's zero star,that's how I...

店員服務態度超級爛，我說：一杯巧克力星冰樂，短髮灰黃色阿嬤店員語氣超不爽：一杯巧克力可可碎。請問星冰樂有什麼問題，不能講？還重複好幾次示意我那個叫作「可可碎」喔所以她聽得懂欸，真是聰明，我溝通真是沒有問題，硬要糾正我請問…？難道星冰樂不是網站上自己寫的嗎？？？？還是說我有Line折價卷只需要補差價5元她很不開心？？？ 我坐二樓，全程一直聽到一樓在敲敲打打，連通建築很美很愜意，但被他們用來惡意干擾，讓我不禁好奇究竟是店員待遇不好，還是他們人格出了大問題，我確信那是店員所造的噪音，身為無辜想消費體驗氛圍顧客，我真的看不懂他們一個個在不屑不爽跩什麼？非假日欸，人還沒有很多；非假日欸，上班就這麼不開心？ 點一個餐，它的叉子及底下印著星巴克圖樣的吸油紙方向顛倒，超不精緻，像是趕時間用的早餐店一樣亂丟，欸到底是搞什麼啊！實在沒有星巴克該有的樣子。 除此之外，環境吵雜堪比菜市場，我可以接受消費者聊天，畢竟咖啡廳聊天能夠被允許，但是員工摔東摔西請問是什麼問題，拜託賺錢這麼心不甘情不願要不要辭職回家吃自己，他開心我也開心，反正他看起來也不像是差這一毛的人，倒像是擁有九頭牛來體驗人生，沒想到不如預期。（哈哈哈）。還是說看到客人可如此逍遙愉悅輕鬆快樂自在開心他很不甘心？覺得他也要？！那麼他成為顧客時也希望遭到此種待遇嗎？將心比心？ 幾年沒來星巴克今日前來，著實令我大開眼界，決定...
