Surprisingly, neither of the two vegetable sundubu options are vegetarian because of the soup base. When I asked the hostess whether they were, she pulled out a separate one-pager for their special vegan sundubu, which listed all of the ingredients: soft tofu, fried bean curd, cabbage, king oyster mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, lotus root, Korean rice cakes, spinach, tomatoes, and okra. It comes with white rice and three banchan (non-refillable), but let them know that you want one of them to be kimchi if you’re not Chinese Buddhist and love garlic; otherwise, you’ll end up with two sides of soybean sprouts. They’ll also ask if you want a complimentary side of chili powder to spice up your sundubu. You can sub the white rice for an extra helping of soft tofu for an additional NT$10. 10% service fee not included. I enjoyed my sundubu very much: it definitely hit the spot on...

Tofu is special and soft. It is delicious. If you don’t want to have rice, you can replace tofu. The dessert is also special than usual. It is much better when you mix the tofu and black sugar. Recommend that if you want to try, you have to come to line up...

泡菜豬肉純豆腐 $260摳 湯底是味噌 辣度2辛 海之幸純豆腐 $320摳 湯底味噌 辣度1辛 以上都有加一顆生雞蛋🥚跟一碗白米飯🍚

我覺得很特別的是 他們是先選要吃的品項 再來是 選擇湯底 總共有三種（塩味 味噌 白湯） 然後是辣度選擇（一到五辛的辣度）覺得貼心 因為每個人吃辣的程度都不一樣～ 吃一陣子後 服務人員會過來詢問口感如何 需不需要續飯 我感覺 就是 滿滿的豆腐 而且真的很純 口感真的蠻特別的 配飯真的還不錯❤️
